How To Cross-Save Between PC And Mobile

Accessing a save on mobile and PC is as easy as logging into the same Hoyoverse account. Whichever platform you are using, getting online will simply require you to use the same username and password on both devices. Your save data will automatically be pulled from the cloud, allowing you to pick up where you left off.

Whichever device you used to create the account is the one you'll need to log into if you want to add purchases, including Genesis Crystal🍸s or Welkin Blessing O🥀f The Moon to your account.

How To Cross-Save Using A PlayStation (PSN) Account

In order to move saves to or from a PlayStation 4 or 5 you'll need to link your PSN account to a HoYoverse account. If you have an existing Hoyoverse account you wish to link, you need to do this the first time you log into Genshin Impact on your PlayStation 4 or 5.

The pop-up window to link a HoYoverse account to PSN will only appear once.꧂ If you do not link the account at this time you will have an account automatically created using your PSN email 🐭address.

Once your accounts are connected the process will change depending o✃n if you are looking to move save data to or from the PlayStation.

How To Transfer Save Data From Mobile/PC to PlayStation 4/5

You can only do this using a PSN account that has never logged into Genshin Impact before.

• Download Genshin Impact on your PS4/5
• Ensure you are logged into the correct PSN account
• Open Genshin Impact
• A pop-up window will appear
• Follow the prompts to log into your HoYoverse Account and link it to your PSN account
• Log into the game as usual and your save data should be pulled from the Hoyoverse account

How To Transfer Save Data From PlayStation 4/5 To Mobile Or PC

You will need to do this by using an email address that is not associated with a Hoyoverse account. In this case, because you have logged into the game before it will mean an email address that is different from your PSN email.

• Log into Genshin Impact using PSN
• Go to Settings > Account > User Center > Link Account
• Use an email that is different to your PSN to create a new Hoyoverse account
• Use the linked email to log into HoYoverse on PC or Mobile.

Do Purchases For Genshin Impact Transfer Between Platforms?

You will always have to make purchases on whichever platform you created your account on. However, how the purchas♛es are store꧅d appears to vary.

Those making purchases on PC or mobile have been able to access Blessing of the Welkin Moon and on other devices. However, any purchases made on PSN are only available on PlayStation and those made on PC or mobile are not accessible on PlayStation.

This appears to be due to purchases being linked to the account you use to log into the game, which is HoYoverse on PC and mobile, but PSN on P🔯layStation.

This only applies to purchasable premium currency.
