The graphics look great, sure, but what really sets this apart from other PS4 games are the colors.

9 WORST: Supplies Can Be Hard to Spot
That said, not everythinꦅg in the game pops. For exa💖mple, there is a lot of collecting to be done from Supplies to Iron. The problem here is that these items are often hard to spot even though they sometimes flash.
Because areas are so detailed and varied, they get lost in the shuffle of the incredibly detailed environments. It would have been great if they 𓆉were vividly highlighted with an ability.
8 BEST: Photo Mode Is Amazing
To coincide with the beautiful colors, Ghost of Tsushima has the best Photo Mode in any PS4 game to date. Sony has made huge strides with their first-part 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:PlayStation titles in this area and they someᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚhow keep getting b♛etter and better.
The options available to players is unheard of and the best part of it is the speed in w🌌hich players can jump and in and out of this capture feature.
7 WORST: There's No Lock-On
When in combat, Jin will automatically lock onto a target. However, there is no way for players to manually do this or switch ta💫rgets.
The🐽y will have to maneuver themselves over to their intended ta🅘rget and hope for the best. As fluid as these sword battles can get, not implementing a true lock-on feature seems odd.
6 BEST: The Feudal Japanese Environment
As great as the colors are, they wouldn’t be anything if the environments weren’t just as cool or even better. There have been many open-worlds like Ghost of Tsushima in the past and many of them on PS4. However, not many, or even one for that matter, have put players in Japan.
Because of this, the world is unlike anything else out there, even though it does have stereoꦗtypical open-world features, such as reclaiming territories. Speaking of which...
5 WORST: Copy & Paste Camps & Villages
O🧜ne of the game's missions includes retaking hostile territories, which eventually builds up to reclaiming the whole island from the invaders. Problem is, one Mongol base camp or logging area is the same as the last.
The same goes for buildings in villages. The layout of the towns may be unique, but not much is done to the actual interior of buildings. It all starts to feel like a copy and paste tactic, but that is sadly typical of a lot of PS4 games.
4 BEST: Impressively Quick Load Times
As it was lightly to💎uched on earlier, getting in and out of Photo Mode is fast. What’s even more incredible is that the load timesཧ make the entire experience feel like it is playing on a PS5.
Ju💧st 🌺imagine how incredible this game will be on the actual PS5. The load times here are seriously that quick. As a result, this makes e👍ven some of the more tedious ta𒁏sks less aggravating because of fast how everything feels.
3 WORST: The Homages To Japan Feel A Bit Off
As great as it is to explore this section of Japanese culture, the homage made to some of the more immersive elements is lacking. The lip sync for the Japanese audio is laughably off, which makes i🉐t feel ancient by today’s standards.
Going into the black and w﷽hite Kurosawa Mode can be cool as a way to immerse one's self into his classic films, but doing so defeats the vibrant color scheme the game is going for. It’s a weird juxtaposition.
2 BEST: Jin's Incredible Power
There are s꧃o many many cool wayꦫs to beef up Jin, from naturally leveling up to upgrading equipment. The game starts off with him feeling like a pup but by the end, Jin is practically an unstoppable god which is what games should strive for when it comes to giving players a great power fantasy.
From the traditional samurai combat to 💎the more ninja like stealth takedowns, it’s just a fun game to play. The real MVP of the game, in terms of tools, is the grappling hook. If only it were used more. Guess that's up for the sequel.
1 WORST: The Second Half
That being said, the sense of challenge can be taken away the moment Jin becomes a bit too powerful late in the game. It's because of this that the second half of the game can feel l✅ess engaging to some. This is true for gameplay, as the running time may start to feel a little too long and combat b🌜ecomes too easy.
Not only that, but the story after Castle Kaneda is taken back lacks the punch of the first half. After that point, everything just feels m💧ore predict♔able than it should be.
