It seems multiplayer may not be off the cards for 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ghost of Tsushima in the future,🎐 and the idea of that might seem a bit odd to many people familiar with t♊he distinctly single-player title.
Ghost of Tsushima is an open-world action-adventure PlayStation 4 exclusive wherein you - a samurai by the name෴ of Jin Sakai - fight to protect Tsushima Island during the first Mongol invasion of Japan in 1274.
The game, which has no mode other than that of offline single-player, was released last month and subsequently met with critical acclaim. Critics and players alike - both and otherwise - have been (with 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:some exceptions, of course), specifically for its gorgeous visu✱als a💯nd to 13th century Japan.
The success has been rather overwhelming in fact, with a staggering of the game being sold within the first three days of its release alone. That makes it PlayStation 4’s fastest-sel꧋ling first-party original IP to date. So with all this, the stage is pretty much set for a sequel at some point in the future.
And this is where a multiplayer mode mighꦦt come into pl🐈ay, so to speak.
In a , Sucker Punch Game Director Nate Fox dropped what could be considered a little hint ♛that multiplayer may be a thing in the future:
We were always very focused on telling this one story of J🐷in’s transformation. It’s inherently a single-player experience. But who knows what the future holds?
Because Jin's story is "inherently" single player and should probably be left alone as such, it's likely that a multiplayer experience would only manifest itself in a whole new scenario. Probably in a second Ghost of Tsushima game. If and when that does happen, hopefully the devs will manage to do justice to it in the same way they did🧔 f𓆏or the first game.
Ghost of Tsushima is out now exclusively for PlayStation 4.
