With just one day of notice, Best Buy has canceled the shipment of Special🧔 and Collectors Editions to PlayStation fans' dismay. Whether or not, it's only some or all pre-orders has not been confirmed. We will reach 🗹out to Best Buy for further comment.
According to an email being sent from Best Buy's Customer Care Team (the name has been wiped for confidentiality and we are keeping the source hidden for privacy), there was a system error that is affecting the company's ability to fulfill the Special Edition pre-order. In a way to say sorry to those who unfortunately pre-ordered with the wrong retailer, it is giving a full refund and a free copy of the launch edition of Ghost of Tsushima. That's pretty generous.
Best Buy says in the email, "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you, but we hope you enjඣoy playing your new game!"
For those who don't know, the Special Edition includes the game, a steelbook case, one technique point, the Charm of Hachiman's Favor, the skin set, a digital min🍒i art book from Dark Horse, and the Director's Commentary (which has the creative team and a Japanese historian).
Best Buy orders of t♑he Collectors Edition are also being canceled, according to 🐻and on Twitter. Others are disappointed too .
These people will be missing ouꦑt on everything the Special Edition has, plus a Sashimomo war banner, the replica mask and stand, a furoshiki wrapping cloth, and a cloth world map. Now that their collectors editions have been canceled, and no other store will have them, they're pretty much out of luck, unless they want to buy them from scaꦦlpers.
Hopefully, this news won't sour these collectors' opinion on Ghost of Tsushima, as it was 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:praised across the board by reviewers for its beautiful scenery and fun combat. The Western-made game also received🐼 a perfec🌠t score from the Japanese magazine Famitsu. That's praise right there!
These collectors will be getting the game for free, but this could deter them from buying physically ever again. Capcom, the publisher of Monster Hunter World and Resident Evil 3, noted earlier this month that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:80% of their⛎ games sales are nܫow digital. The PlayStation 5 will also have a digital-only version with no disc drive. Are physical games going to be a thing of the past next generation? Hopefully, collectors editions c♈an live on for those who want them.
