With just a few months left before release, we've finally been treated to a proper look at Sucker Punch's upcoming 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Ghost of Tsushima. In a roughly 18-minute "State of Play" stream, the developer showed off different aspects of Ghost's open-𝐆world design and its com👍bat, revealing details about how players will explore this recreation of Edo-period Japan.
For starters, the map is laid out in a similar fashion to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. You'll be able to place waypoints on the map that you can then dynamically shift while navigating on foot. This will be relayed through the shifting winds, which features a nice visual effect. Animal♏s in the world will also guide players towards points of interest, stopping you from constantly fiddling with map screens.
Combat could best be described as a mixture between Assassin's Creed and Nioh. It doesn't seem to have much complexity, but players will be able to parry attacks for one-shot kills. The idea is to recreate classic samurai films that featured swordfighters performing godly feats. To that effect, yo𝄹u can switch stances to battle with different foes, creating a kind of hierarchy for your ⭕moves.
The last aspect detailed was the customization of the main character. Taking another page out of the Breath of the Wild playbook, different armor sets will have different abilities that tailor to your gameplay style. The combat was shown from the perspective of being a warrior/samurai and a ghost, so there should be sets focused on silent skills and ot♌hers on deadly brute force.
As for the audio/visual presentatioဣn, Sucker Punch made it a point to stress that a Japanese voice track would be available before even starting the game. You'll also have the choice to enable a "samurai filter" that mimics the 𓂃look of classic Akira Kurosawa films. There will be copious amounts of film grain and the colors will switch to black and white.
All of this sounds fine on paper, but we still don't really have a great idea of what the plot is about. The initial story trailer from E3 2018 was absolutely jawdropping, but time has basically eroded all hype that Ghost of Tsushima once had. Far be it from me to say this looks bad visually as that's just not true. The game looks completely stunning. Gameplay-wise,🌃 though, this appears to be just anoಌther open-world game.
