There are 12 presents to find in total. You don't necessarily have to find the presents in the same order other than the first that starts the event,. When you do find a present, you must headbutt it until it breaks.

As the first present that kicks off the 'Birthday Presnts' event, this one is marked on the map as the Birthday Crack Waypoint just north of Brumehill Cemetery in Suburbsville.
