Dark Horse Comics is planning to release a brand new 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:God of War comic series this summer, and it will reportedly serve as a prequel to the 2018 PS4 exclusive. Not only that, but the comic will look to fill the long lost gaps between the events of 2010's God of War III and the most recent PS4 title.
God of War: Fallen God will tell a brand new story in the tale of Kratos. Based on the comic's synopsis, it will follow the God of War after his battles with Zeus and Athena as he attempts to survive the rage and guilt of his past. It sounds as if Kratos' internal battle will be𒊎 a main focal point, but it's safe to assume there will be some enemies in his way as well.
Dark Horse Comics' first God of War series served as a more immediate prequel to the PS4 title, where Fallen God will more closely follow the events of God of War III. We're uncertain how much of the timeline the series will cover, but a few more gaps in the story will certainly be filled💮 in.
The team behind the first series of God of War comics, writer Chris Roberson and artist Tony Parker, will be working together again to helm this project as well. Three more people will be joining them this time, including cover artist, Dave Rapoza, colorist, Dan Jackson, and le🐟tter, John Roshell. We may only have the cover art thus far, but the project certainly sounds promising.
It makes sense that Fallen God would focus on the time between the 2010 and 2019 games, as that chapter has been a longtime question mark for many God of War fans. The third game leaves Kratos with a fair amount of youth left in front of him, where God of War on PS4 picks up wit🃏h an older Kratos who is grieving his late wife and struggl꧋ing with the parenting of a son.
Many have been wondering what exactly went down between those two periods in time, and it sounds like we'll finally find that out. God of War: Fallen God is available for pre-order wherever comic books are sold, and will🦂 hit shelves on June 21.
