The newest conspiracy theory floating around is that a promotional post for Grand Theft Auto Online which depicts the moon is actually a hint for when the next Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer will premiere (nice spot, ).

The post shows an Online character leaning against a car in front of a gaꦫrment factory with the moon visible in the background. theorises that the moon's lunar phase, a waning gibbous, means the next trailer will be announced on November 22, as that's the next day our real world is going to have a waning gibbous moon phase.
Now, while this might sound far-fetched, this theory isn't completely out-of-pocket. A separate GTA Online promotional post in September 2023 featured the moon, also in a waning gibꦓbous lunar phase, and as it turns out, the announcement for GTA 6's arrived on a day (December 1) where the real-world moon was in a waning gibbous phase.
Gibbous no longer sounds like a real word.
Is this a coincidence? Almost definitely. However, should Rockstar announce Grand Theft Auto 6's trailer on⛎ Noꦛvember 22, then we all owe Fabrizerlo an apology.
