Grounded, the new survival game from Obsidian Entertainment, will arrive in early access later༺ this July.

Obsidian’s next game is called Grounded, and it’s basically the plot of Honey, I Shrunk The Kids turned into a survival game. If that movie is to🎶o old of a reference, then I’ll explai🍷n.
You’re a kid. You get up to no good in your parent’s sec𒉰ret lab that they keep in the basement and you get shrunk down to the size of an ant and transported to the backyard. At this size, formerly harmless creatures like ants, stink bugs, and spiders are now giant monsters bent on killing and eating you. A robot named BURG.L informs you that the shrinking device is unfortunately busted, so you’ll have to figure out how to survive on your own for the indeterminate future.
It’s up to you to scavenge around for food, water, and resources that you can turn into a tiny base filled with tiny arms and a🐬rmaments in order to beat back invading armi𝓡es of ants.
Grounded will get started on July 28 as an early access game on Xbox Game Preview, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and Steam Early Access. No price or release date has been set, so this’ll be the only way to get your tiny paws on Grounded for the time being.
