Many players who are caught cheating often find themselves facing a ban, but 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Rockstar Games decided to go with another route of discipline. The company recently opted to completely reset the accounts of several 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:GTA Online players who were caught cheating, forcing them to restart t♕he game from square one.

The players had been exploiting a glitch related to GTA's property trade-in system, illegitimately making themselves millions of dollars. GTA Online requires players to grind quite a bit in order to afford some of the game's most desirable items. The content deleted from these accounts likely translates to what would have been over thousands of dollars in microtransactions, meaning these players will need to drop a pretty penny if they want to get back to where they wﷺere.

A Rockstar rep explained that any players found to be manipulating GTA Online in order to obtain in-game money could face balance adjustments, suspensions, permanent b🌺ands, and complete resets. The company is laying the haꦫmmer down, and it's not hard to understand why.

Aside from the massive amounts of money that Rockstar makes off of in-game purchases, GTA Online has had its fair share of problems with players using money-making gඣlitches to get rich quick. The glitches often times go viral online, allowing thousan🐷ds of players to use the exploit before it can be patched.

Glitches like this one have resulted in Rockstar removing GTA Online features in the past as well. For example, both the armored money trucks and the ability to share money with your friends have been removed or altered🐼 as a result of players exploiting the features to gain illegitimate funds.

So, rather than having to continually police these situations, Rockstar is hoping that it can set an example with harsh penalties. While the ethics of microtransactions in video games might not be completely clean, it's probably better off that gamers play by the rules. Otherwis๊e, you might find yourself back at the starting line.
