168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Marvel’s Guardiღans of the Galaxy is a wild adventure through the cosmos. Following Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket, and Groot, the team must save the galaxy from the misguided Church of Truth and Grand Unif🌳ier Rꦬaker. Eidos-Montreal crafted a compelling story that also features plenty of other popular characters from Marvel lore.
Although 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Marvel&rs𓂃quo;s Guardians of the Galaxy is a linear experience, there are several things that you can miss. Most of these hidden tidbits simply add to the already amazing development that Eidos-Montr🌳eal did in creating this universe, so don’t feel like you failed in your playthrough if you happened to glaze over the following factoid𒊎s.
The following list contains entries that have major spoilers regarding the game's story. Only continue reading this post if you've finished Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy.
8 🧸 Rocket’s History 🐭
First and foremost: you should not compare these guardians to the MCU ones. While it’s easy to do so, these are completely different versions of the characters you might&rsq⛄uo;ve grown to love on the big screen. Throughout the game, you learn more about each member of the team, but 𓄧there might not be a more tragic backstory than Rocket.
The little fuzzy guardian used to be a prisoner of the Kree and was experimented on, which led to his fear of water. Rocket has a knack for getting into trouble, as he’s been imprisoned seven times but has also broken out of prison all seven times🐠. During all that prison breaking, Rocket teamed up with Groot and they’ve been partners in crime for a decade.
7 ♚ Dazzler Poster 🙈
Something that’s not easily missed but might not mean a whole lot to people is Star-Lord’s🔯 poster of Dazzler. Many might chalk this up as Peter Quill being a womanizer, but Dazzler is a popular mutant associated with the X-Men. She can convert 🗹sound vibrations into energy beams and light, making her one of the best musical performers out there.
While the inclusion of her poster doesn’t lead to anything big,🐬 it does lead us to assume the X-Men, or at least mutants, exist in this universe. When the guardians were debating on who to call for help in fighting against the Church of Truth, Gamora suggested Earth’s heroes, to which Peter brushed them aside as just being people in pajamas. Could we see the Gua𒉰rdians of the Galaxy, Avengers, and X-Men all team up in the future?
6 💮 Pip The Troll
Throughout Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Star-Lord can find little projection-looking devices that contain pieces of supplementing information. Right before the team arrives in the c✃hambers of Adam Warlock, there’s a device just outside from none other than Pip the Troll.
If you picked up the device and read his message, you’d know that the guardians were about to stumble upon Warlock. In Marvel history, Pip and Warlock were close companions when Warlock first fought against the Magus, but the two have, more or l✤ess, remained closely connected. Pip doesn’t actually show up in the game, but his inclusion through the message is a nice touch for comic book fans.
5 ꧑ Richard Rider’s꧙ Disappearance
Before the events of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, there was a massive galactic war that involved Thanos and the Nova Corps. The Resistance was slowly losing the fight until it was reported that Drax the D🤪estroyer killed the Mad Titan, which turned the tide. In that war, however, another hero emerged among the Nova Corps: Ri🌜chard Rider.
Following the war, it was reported that Rider seemingly disappeared. When the guardians are hacking the main computer on The Rock, Star-Lord stumbles across Rider’s file and it states that even the Worldmind, who’s supposed to have a ment🐓al connection with all Nova Corps personnel, doesn’t know his whereabouts. If Eidos-Montreal and Square Enix decide on making a sequel, trying to find the location of the powerful Nova might be a good place to start.
4 🦩 Col🃏lector’s Emporium
During your first trip to Knowhere, visiting the Collector’s Emporium is an absolute must. You can secure a free ticket by diffusing a situation with Lipless in a local bar. There isn’t anything story-related among his collection, but there are plenty of Easter eggs that’ll make an🔯y Marvel fan squeal.
The Collector has been rather busy assembling a rather impressive collection. He’s captured Throg and his hammer, Frogjolnir, the Cosmic Cube, the eye of a Watcher, and the Mandarin’s Ten Rings. The most notable item in the collection was the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:touching nod to the legendary Stan 🌠Lee. There are a pair of sunglasses that are෴ strikingly similar to the ones Lee wears and the description states they belonged to a cosmic ไbeing, explaining how he made all those numerous appearances in the MCU.
3 ꦆ Thanos’ Motive ✤
When Thanos wanted to wipe out half the universe in the MCU, his 🌞reasoning behind it was slightly different than the comics. Instead of wanting to please Lady Deat𝕴h, Thanos explained that he was thinking about the well-being of the universe as a whole, that it can’t survive in the long run with so much life in it.
In Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaꦆxy, Gamora tells the team that she left Thanos and joined the Resistance after hearing him talking to Lady Death. She says that it was clear that he never cared about her or Nebula and that the entire war was only because .
2 ꦛ Peter And Yondu
In the MCU, Yondu is portrayed as a father figure for Peter Quill, as his real father, Ego the Living Planet, wanted to use his son to essentially take over the galaxy. Peter’s heritage in the🎉 game differs from the MCU, as well as his overall relationship with Yondu.
Peter met Yondu in the Chitauri prison after the alien race abducted the young teenager on his thirteenth birthday. The pair eventually worked together to escape and both enjoyed tiꦿme together with the Ravagers. Unfortunately, their relationship took a turn for the worse when Peter testified against Yondu when he kidnapped a꧒ 12-year-old girl, which led to Yondu being imprisoned in the Kyln, a supermax prison run by the Nova Corps.
1 Ten-Dollar Bill ꧒
When you first wake up in Star-Lord’s quarters on the Milano, you see a ten-dollar bill taped o꧂n his mirror. The only sign you might think of him keeping it is that it’s the last item he has to remember Earth. But as the story continues to unfold, it’s revealed that the money hol༺ds a bit more sentimental value to our hero.
During Peter’s memory of his thirteenth birthday, his mother gives him🌟 ten dollars for the zombie movie he wants to see with his friends. Alas, Peter never got the chance to see the movie or spend the ten dollars, as the Chitaur🦩i arrived, killed his mom, and abducted him. Somehow, Peter was able to hold onto the ten-dollar bill throughout his time imprisoned in memory of his mom and life on Earth.
