168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy by Squareജ Enix launches today for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC, and has players stepping into the role of Star-Lord and leading the rest of the Guardians through the ups and downs of a brand-new storyline.
One of the most interesting aspects of this new storyline is that you will be faced with a range of decisions while playing, and the choices you make can sometimes drastically affect what happens, so you might experience entirely different sections of gameplay from another player. If you want to see what you missed though, that's quite complicated.
The game has 16 chapters in total and as you complete each one, you can replay it via the Chapter Select menu. However, there's something you should know before playing — Chapter Select does not let you change your decisions across chapters.
When you replay chapters, if the consequence of the decision is within the same chapter, you can choose the other option and see the outcome of it. However, this is not the same for decisions where the consequences aren't seen until later chapters. For example, there is a decision you make in the third chapter that doesn't come to fruition until the fourth chapter. Regardless of whether you replay Chapter Three and change your decision, when you replay Chapter Four, you will still be locked into your original decision.
Guardians of the Galaxy has three save files, however, Chapter Select is shared between all three save files and it takes into account your most recent decision. This means you can't switch between two save files and replay the different decisions/outcomes as you please.
TheGamer reached Square Enix for comment and was told "Chapter select gets overwritten if you start a new game. We will always store the most current 'version' of a playthrough" by the PR team.
