Once that's done, go to the bandages and pick up a roll. Then, interact with the food and soak the bandages in it.
Return to the keys with your sticky bandages and choose to grab them, then pull them in, with the bandages.
Next, all you need to do is unlock the door! You'll get the achievement as soon as your character walks through it, and Detective Rama will run up to you. Doing this doesn't derail the story; Rama just explains that he was about to release you anyway.
