Most Halo fans look back on the series 𒉰with fondness thanks to the stellar g🎉ameplay and unforgettable universe. In addition to that, the many characters that have populated the narrative have indelibly left their marks on our memories. From Sergeant Johnson to the Didact, these military-gumption-filled humans and sci-fi-alien visages have stayed with us over the years.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Aside from the dialogue they speak and story actions they take, these characters left such an impression due to how well they were designed. Honestly, the entire world of Halo has been designed to perfection (except for the Library), but specific characters have gone above and beyond when it comes to displaying how well they've been crafted. Read on to see which Halo characters have the best designs.

10 The Prophet Of Truth ෴

Close up of Prophet Of Truth from Halo 2 Anniversary

Though the Prophet of Truth und𒁃erwent a bit of a personality change from Halo 2 to Halo 3, the way he was designed suits both of them. The ornate golden jewels adorning his person speak to both the religious zealotry of the Covenant he leads and the corruption and scheming he oozes. Couched in his floating chair as he directs the more physically imposing members of the Covenant, Truth just looks like he perfectly embodies his actions and🐟 words.

9 The L🍬ibrarian

The Didact and Librarian standing next to each other in Halo 4 video

In the first three Halo games, the Forerun🌺ners were mostly understood by the imposing structures they left behind. Halo 4 gave us a better look at their appearance. And none of the Forerunners as important a role as the Libr🥂arian.

Responsible for seeding humanity for rebirth after the initial firing of the Halo array, the Libraria♒n looks as ethereal as she sounds. Though the Didact might have ruined our first impression of Forerunners, the Librarian recovered it.

8 Gravemind

Halo Infinite gravemind wideshot image in dark cave

The graphics of the original Halo 2 did not do justice to what the gargantuan Gravemind could look like. Thankfully, Halo 2 Anniversary does the big guy credit. This fungal monstrosity looks like a Venus Flytrap on steroids. With three flapping "lips," blood-red coloring for its interior, and what appear to be rows of teeth in its throat, the Gravemind is pure nightmare fuel. Though it stands as a monument to our sins, its design is a monument to the Halo 2 developers' wins.

7 ꦛ W💮arden Eternal

An image of the Warden Eternal from Halo 5.

The constant Warden fights in Halo 5: Guardians were an undeniable chore. However, we also can't deny that the Warden Eternal looks pretty dang cool. Clearly based on the Promethean enemy types, Warden is this amalgamation of high-tech sci-fi wizardry. Veins of orange energy glow between his metallic plates; the same orange-y glow permeates his weapons and energy beams. So yes, while the multiple boss battles with Wardern Eternal might have grown stale, looking at his design hasn't.

6 Jega 'Rdomnai

jega rdomnai

The typical color of an Energy Sword is this pale blue, so Jega 'Rdomnai definitely stands out from the crowd of Elites wielding swords thanks to the bright red shimmer of his. Plus, his one metal arm makes you think that he's one tough cookie if he faced a fight where he lost a limb and survived. Jega might not have appeared as much as we wanted him to in Halo Infinite, but his boss battle filled us witꦏh nothing but anticipation when it came.

5 🔜 343 Guilty Spark ꦜ

Sometimes simplicity is the best course when it comes to character design. No Halo character is as straightforward in appearance as 343 Guilty Spark. The monitor of Installation 04 is basically just this floating metal ball with a glowing center, but he manages to convey so much with just the occasional bob and blink. Even if we didn't constantly hear him chuckling and saying "I am a genius" while playing through The Library, Guilty Spark's design just screams "self-satisfied-AI."

4 ꦫ Master Chief

Master Chief from Halo Infinite.

No list on Halo character designs could be complete without an appearance from the Master Chief. True, Chief just embodies the idea of a generic super-soldier in armor, but he's been designed so well over the years, he's made the look iconic. Even though his Mjolnir armor has seen design changes throughout the series, when you see the Chief, you know it's the Chief. Whether he's wearing bulky forest-green armor or a more streamlined set of plating, the Master Chief has always looked his best.

3 Atriox

atriox

Tartarus set a high bar when it came to Brute appearances in Halo games. Atriox came along in Halo Wars 2 and absolutely pole-vaulted over that bar, complete with a somersault and a perfect landing. It's hard to craft an enemy that looks like they'll hold up against a team of Spartans. Atriox does all that and more.

His size is intimidating, his armor imposing, and his Gravity Mace, Chainbreaker, is just the kind of weapon you'd expect him to be holding. Character introductions in Halo don't always surprise me; Atriox's made me drop my controller in shock.

2 ♐ The Arbiter 🧔

Arbiter prepares to go into battle in Halo 2 Anniversary.

By the time Halo 2 rolled around, players had seen more than a dozen Elites while playing Halo: Combat Evolved. They were a common enemy type, tough but easily understood. So how do you make one Elite stand out from the crowd? You give them full-on plate mail armor. The Arbiter eschews the more futuristic and colorful armor of the Elites in favor of something more medieval, and this choice is a downright phenomenal one in terms of visuals. No other Elite looks as cool as the Arbiter does. Not even Jega 'Rdomnai with his fancy red sword.

1 Cortana

Halo 3: Cortana With The Index In Halo 3

Cortana's look has changed over the years, just like the Chief's, but she's one of the most unforgettable characters in the Halo series. Whether she's sporting a purple coloring or a blue one, you know it's Cortana thanks to a variety of factors, be it the geometric designs on her body or her humanlike stances as she waits for you at a terminal. Her confidence in herself no matter how she chooses to appear is what makes Cortana Cortana, and we love her for it.
