The inaugural version of Firefight in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Halo 3: ODST had a variety of characters to play as. You could pla🌸y as any of the members of the ODST squad, Veronica Dare, and, if you preordered the game, Sgt. Johnson himself. Your character would quip throughout the matches, commenting on headshots, reloading and more.

🤪Reach’s Firefight let players use their custom Spartan model and select a voice separately. Some voices returned, like Eddie Buck and Sgt. Johnson himself, but new voices were available as well like Noble Team and Auntie Dot. Some voices are much better than others.

10 ꦍ Carter-A259 (Reach)

Carter standing with his DMR in Halo: Reach.

Carter is the no-nonsense leader of Noble Team, the Spartan conglomerate that fought to defend Reach during the events🌳 of Halo: Reach. He met his end in a noble sacrifice to ensure that Noble Six could complete his mission and get Cortana to the Pillar of Autumn before its escape.

His voice lines demonstღrate his direct and driven leaders❀hip over his squad. It’s nice to hear his orders and callouts during a match. Textbook shooting, Noble Team.

9 𓄧 Jun-A266 (Reach)

Jun stands with his sniper rifle.

Jun, another Spartan III and Noble Thre🔜e himself is the sniper and scout for Noble Team. Players team up with him for a scouting mission in Nightfall where Jun assassinates and snipes h🌃is way through squad after squad of Covenant.

Jun is the voice to choose if you like to play the rogue or the sarcastic thief. Didn’t your mother ever tell you to not stand in front of hiꦡs gun?

8 Romeo (ODST) ജ ꦡ

Buck makes a radio call for the rest of the squad while Romeo stands nearby.

Romeo, real name Kojo Agu, was one of the squadmates and playable ODSTs in Halo 3: ODST. He was the team’s long-range specialist and initially acted abrasively to the Rookie. While he spends a good portion of the playable campaign injur༒ed, he gets a chance to shine in Firefight.

In general, all of the choices in ODST are solid an﷽d could take this spot but Romeo’s snark and cynicism makes him a fun choice.

7 🔯 Veronica Dare (ODST)

Dare and Buck chatting together.

Captain Veronica Dare, or Ms. Naval Intelligence as Buck calls her, is a member of the Office of Naval Intelligence. Being a spook means she’s treated with d💜istrust by most of the squad until the end of the game when the truth of Dare’s mission is revealed.

Dare♒ is voiced by Tricia Helfer, most widely known as Number Six from Battlestar Galactica and her likeness was also used as Dare’s model.

6 🐽 John-117 (Reach)

Sgt. Johnson speaks to the Chief at the beginning of the Sierra-117 level in Halo 3

Spartan-117. The Master Chief. The most well-known member of the SPAR👍TAN-II program. The Chief is known through the original trilogy’s campaigns for being a man of few words. The strong, silent type. When༺ a man like the Chief .

His Firefight voice can feel odd because the C👍hief doesn’t talk this much. Then again, it’s the f🅰reakin’ Chief. How can you say no to that?

5 🉐 Cortana (Reach) 🔥

Cortana's distress message for the Chief in Halo 3.

Cortana is a smart AI that teamed up with the Chief and served as his partner for the final years of the Human-Covenant War. She’s the little voice in your head through the campaigns. She provides tactical support, guides you to objectives an♔d is generally an indispensable asset. The Chief wouldn’t have succeeded without Cortana.

The odd sense of h🍰umor she displays through her occasional jokes during the campaign missions are highlighted in her Firefight voice, where she even parodies some of her most famous lines from the story.

4 𝓀Auntie Dot (Reach) 𝐆

Auntie Dot displaying the map of a battle during the events of Halo: Reach

Let’s make one thing clear: Auntie Dot is no Cortana. Given a choice between the two to save the universe w♛ith, Cortana is the correct choice every time.

Auntie Dot barely edges out a win over Cortana in Firefight though thanks to her flat, deadpan delivery on everything. Few things beat a well-timed “Scans indicate that you are dead,” or “Target vital signs have flat♎lined. Be advised: you have been killed.”

3 Sgt. Stacker (Reach) 🐟

Halo 3 Marines moving through the jungle in the Sierra-117 level.

Sgt. Stacker is a recurring voice through the original Halo games. Usually he’s not referred to directly and isn’🔴t involved in the main plot in a meaningful way but his distinct Southern twang has seen battles from Reach to the A꧅rk.

Stacker is equal parts reckless and hilariou⛄s. It’s awesome to hear him holler in a Firefight match, calling grenades the Covenant’s “new di⛎et” and that an overheating plasma weapon is “hotter than a Louisiana hot tub.”

2 Edward Buck (ODST/Reac𒉰h)

Buck with his Magnum pistol drawn in Halo 5

Nathan Fillion lends his voiceꦕ to Gunnery Sgt. Edward Buck in ODST and Reach, joining some other Firefly castmates on the squad. Eddie Buck is the leader. He cared deeply for his squad and sought to reunite and get them safely out of the streets of New Mombasa.

B🔯uck’s devil-may-care jokes are balanced by his stubbornness and brash nature. He’s got a cool head under pressu♍re and humor to diffuse the situation. Hearing him mouth off a “bam, said the lady,” while head-shotting Grunts is top tier.

1 Sgt. Johnso♍n (ODST/Reach) 𓃲

Sgt. Johnson yelling at marines during Halo 2 Anniversary.

He knows what the ladies like and it’s dead Covenant. No one tops Sgt. Johnson. He’s a fan favoriteꦛ for a reason, grown from a small side character in the original Halo to one of the most well known and fleshed out voices in the whole series to this day.

He’s equal parts quick-witted and battle-ha𒁏rdened. Many of his most famous campaign lines make appearances in his♎ Firefight voice too. He makes fighting the Covenant look — and sound — good.
