It's almost unbelievable how fast the fuse on Halo Infinite has fizzled out. What was among last year's top-three in a lot of players' Game of the Year Lists, now sits at 144th in terms of 24 hour peak concurrent players as per – right between Russian Fishing 4 and American Truck Simulator. This is down to the fact that 343 Industries has had a hard time putting out more content for its multiplayer mode, and 16🌃8澳洲幸运5开奖网:two of the highlight features are still not out. Those two features being co-op campaign – which is due for a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:beta launch next month according to 343 – and Forge mode, which will come whenever season 3 comes. However, it appears that the devs have been making decent headway, as more leaks on the mode's gameplay and creation tools have started emerging. In March, we reported on a leak revealing that you could build the Gravity Gun from💎 Half-Life 2 via the Forge mode 🅰tools. More recent leaks, spotted by , reveal that players will be able to use the scripting in Forge mode to apply one weapon's pro𒅌perties onto another. This means you'll be able to make your Plasma Pistol fire Disruptor ammo, make the Heatwave fire Hydra ammo, and whatever other combos you can dream of.
However, the leaks we saw in March, and the ones now, both only focus on weapon scripting, so we don't really have an idea about how far along the rest of the aspects of Forge modeಌ have come. Considering that it's supposed to launch at some point this year, you'd assume that 343 would want to give an official update on it to ensure that the few still playing the game don't drop it too.
Co-op and Forge have been built up as the two features that might actually reignite interest in Halo Infinite after the initial peak it hit when the multiplayer was shadow dropped. 343 previously said that it's "still aiming to deliver Campaign network co-op later in Season 2, and we will share a reꦇlease date for that and for split-screen co-op as soon as we can... We still have the goal of𝔉 shipping Forge with Season 3."
