Microsoft’s flagship series is back in a huge way with Halo Infinite. Developer 343 Industries crafted an incredible campaign that pitted Master Chief against some of his toug🥂hest foes in 🉐the Banished, while also trying to uncover the mystery of what exactly happened to Cortana.
Unlike most games in the Halo series, campaign 🉐missions cannot be replayed in Halo Infinite, though 343 Industries have stated they’re working on a🅘dding that feature soon. So, if you can’t replay campaign missions, what exactly can you do after you beat Halo Infinite? Actually, quite a lot.

12 Find S𝐆partan Cores
Aside from his usual assortment of weaponry, Master Chief has five diffeꦕrent pieces of equipment🍰: Grappleshot, Shield Core, Threat Sensor, Drop Wall, and Thruster. If you played the free multiplayer before the campaign launched, you’ll be familiar with these handy gadgets. Master Chief can upgrade his equipment by finding Spartan Cores throughout Zeta Halo.
Luckily, Spartan Cores are displayed on the map by zooming in. You can place a waypoint, which should lead you directly to the Spartan Core, but there is one that might be a bit tricky. If you play the campaign without any extensive exploring, you’ll most likely fully upgrade one or🐓 two pieces of equipment, so you can use the postgame to continue searching Zeta Halo for the remaining Spartan Cores.
11 Mjolnir Lockers ℱ 𝓰
The Halo series has always been ripe with interesting collectibles, but none might be as alluring as the contents contained in the Mjolnir Lockers. Scattered across Zeta Halo, these lockers hold cosmetic items for you to use in the multiplayer component of Halo Infinite. Similar to the Spartan Cores, the Mjolnir Lockers are viewable on the𓄧 map by zooming in and placing a waypoint to lead you to them.
Unless you don’t plan on partaking in multiplayer, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t seek out the lockers, especially after you finished the campaign. Some of the lockers will lead you to areas on the map you wouldn’t have explored otherwise, so 𝄹it’s a solid way to experﷺience more of the beautiful world that 343 Industries created.
10 Rescu💯e Maꦇrines
After the fall of the Infinity, the surviving UNSC members on Zeta Halo have become little more than pests for the Banished. They've elected to hold many marines captive, but now that Master Chief is back online, it’s time to help out our UNSC brethren.
Master Chief&r💧squo;s A.I. will detect various distress signals across Zeta Halo and it’s up to the Spartan to help those marines in need. Rescuing them will bolster the UNSC’s hold on Zeta Halo and provide solid backup for Master Chief as he continues to take the fight to the Banished.
9 ﷺ High-Value Targets
Scattered across Zeta Halo are high-value Banished targets that the UNSC needs to have eliminated. These targets possess modified weapons known as "variants" that can pose a serious threat if not dealt with carefully. The targets range from any alien type, so don't expect them to always be a Brute or an Elite. Most targets are on foot and accompanied by a smaller crew, but there are a few that have the use of vehicles — even Wraith tanks.
The high-value targets are displayed on the map as a red triangle with a reticle marker in the middle. Once you successfully eliminate the target, the variant weapon will be available for Master Chief to use throughout the game. Think of the high-value targets as mini-bosses that have their own enhanced health bar and regenerating shield. If you're looking for the full Halo Infinite experience, eliminating these targets should be high on your priority list.
8 𒀰 Audio Logs
Halo Infinitꦕe is a bit different than other games in the series because it does not pick up right where its predecessor left off. In fact, Halo Infinite takes place roughly three years after the events of Halo 5. Because of this sizeable time gap, there’s quite a bit of information filling in the gap that is explained through collectible Audio Logs.
Unlike the Spartan Cores and Mjolnir Lockers,𓄧 Audio Logs do not appear on the map, so Master Chief has to use his trusty eyes (and ears) to find them. There are four types of logs: Spartan, UNSC, Banished, and Forerunner. The Forerunner logs are a bit different compared to the others, as they are large archways that can be pinpointed on the map. Many of🍌 the Audio Logs can be found by simply playing through the campaign, but others are scattered throughout Zeta Halo.
7 Propaganda Towers 𝓀
After the Banished successfully destroyed the UNSC's Infinity and took control of Zeta Halo, the alien forces set up various radio towers to spew Banished propaganda. These 40 towers are easily found by simply listening for the shrill voice of a Grunt. Even though the Banished, seemingly, has the upper hand against the UNSC, its clever warfare on their parts for wanting to discourage any survivors in trying to fight back.
Besides hearing the Grunt voice broadcasted, the propaganda towers can be spotty by the double-pronged silver structure and bright orange power core. The tower can be easily destroyed by rapid fire to the core or a couple Plasma grenades. By destroying all 40 propaganda towers, you'll unlock the Off The Air achievement.
6 FOB Control ﷽ ꦦ
Forward Operating Bases, otherwise known as FOBs, are fast-travel locations on Zeta Halo that will absolutely come in handy. We recommend taking the time to secure every FOB on the map before the end of the campaign, but it can also be a great post-ca𓆉mpaign activity. These FOBs are under Banished control, but it’s fairly easy to ♚retake them.
Typically, most bases won’t have any turret or vehicle resistance, so focus on taking out the Brutes first. After you’ve captured the base, you’ll have access to the armory, ♎and you can request UNSC vehicle transport from Echo-216. As you rack up more Valor by accomplishing various in-game activities, these FOBs will unlock more variants of UNSC soldiers to accompany Master Chief in secꦚuring other parts of the ring.
5 ﷽ ౠ Forerunner Artifacts
Other than Audio Logs, Halo Infinite contains another 🐼form of storytelling in the Forerunner Artifacts. Scattered across Zeta Halo, these large arches explain more about the Forerunner race and how they operated the Halos, and Zeta Halo, in particular. There are a total of seven Forerunner Artifacts to find on Zeta Halo.
By finding and scanning all seven Forerunner Artifacts, you'll unlock the Haruspis achievement. Besides unlocking an achievement, finding the Forerunner Artifacts provide more background information that will help better flesh out the story of Halo Infinite. And with 343 Industries fil🎐ing the tradem𒅌ark Halo: The Endless, who knows if any infor𒅌mation found in these artifacts might surface later.
4 Repl𝓀ay The Campaign On Higher 🥂Difficulty
There are four different difficulty options for the Halo Infinite campaign: Easy, Normal, Heroic, and Legendary. Finishing a Halo campaign on Legendary is almost a rite of passage for most FPS gamers, but it migꦇht be a bit difficult without having co-op as an option just yet. Regardless, playing through the campaign first on Easy or Normal to get a taste of it and then replaying it on a higher difficulty is a great w💖ay to truly get the Halo experience.
Many have stated that playing Halo Infinite on Heroic is the proper way to experience꧙ the game’s campaign, but there’s a bonus if you’re able to complete it on Legendary. The end credit scene after finishing the game on Legen♛dary will reveal additional information that could indicate where the series is heading, either as a future DLC or the next game in the series.
3 ♋ 🦩 Get Those Achievements
As is the case with all Xbox games, Halo Infinite has a slew of achievements to unlock. In total, there are a whopping 119 Halo Infinite achievements. Of these, 69 of them are unlocked through the campaign. There's a solid variety among the achievements: the standard campaign mission completions, using a weapon or gadget a certain amount of times, upgrading Master Chief's Spartan suit, and more.
