Paramount+ has announced that it has already ordered a second season of the Halo TV show despite the first season not airing until March 24 later this year. The stu𒈔dio has announced a slate of new projects coming in the near future, one of them being a second season of Halo helmed by Brave New World director David Wiener.
Paramount+ doesn't reveal when we can expect the new season to drop, but seeing as the first season hasn't even aired yet, it will likely be awhile. Not much else was revealed about the second season of the show, but we know the first will take place in the same universe as the original 2001 game and will feature long-time characters such as Master Chief and Cortana.
The first season of the show is still expected to air on March 24 for those in the US, Latin America, Canada, the Nordics and Australia. For Halo fans in the UK and Ireland, the show will only be available when Paramount+ launches later in the summer, meaning you'll be dodging spoilers for quite a while unfortunately.
