The development studio behind the highly controversial mass shooter simulator game called Hatred has confirmed that the title will be releasing for the Nintendo Switch con♉so♓le sometime in the future.

Hatred was initially announced in 2014 (and released in 2015) for PC, but managed to generate a decent amount of online attention and controversy due to its nature and gameplay elements. Since Hatred involved the main character going on a "genocide crusade," the game essentially made players kill as ♍many people (including police officers) as they possibly could. Things got so out of hand that the game was removed from Steam Greenlight at one point, only to be reintroduced and with a personal apology from Gabe Newell to💟 the development studio.

Aside from being a mass shooter and murder simulator, the game was further criticized by players and publications alike for being repetitive and uninspired. Nonetheless, Hatred was rated as AO (Adults Only 18+) by the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) for its extremely violent and graphic gameplay, which certainly made it stand out from similar violent games with an M (Mature 17+) rating. Now, the game seems to be getting a second chance on a more modern c💛onsole.

Hatred's planned release for the Nintendo Switch certainly raises a few questions. Nintendo is mainly associated with family-friendly games like 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Super Mario, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Legend of Zelda, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Animal Crossing, and a lot more. However, the company seems to have opened up to more mature content lately, especially with games like 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:DOOM Eternal being released for the Switch. Still, with an AO rating, it will be interesting to see how Hatred will do on Nintendo's console. Additionally, with the game having such a heavy emphasis on violence, one may wonder if anything will be censored or toned down to make Hatred not as graphic 🦩or dark as it originally was for its PC rel﷽ease.

So far, aside from a confirmation that the game is coming to the Nintendo Switch console, the development studio has not shared a releas𓂃e date, nor specified if the game will be digital, physical, or ❀both.
