Quilboar builds got significantly more interesting with the release of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 4. Their strategies still revolve around a mechanic that is unique to the minion type: Blood Gems. In their base form, these spells give🔯 your minions 1/1 in stats, and trigger special effects on certain Quilboar.

However, rather than just creating more Blood Gems (although there are some new minions that do that as well) several of the new Quilboar now focus on increasing the amount of stats they give you. As a result, endgame Quilboar builds can reach even more absurd stat totals than before. If building an ever-growing board of extremely angry hogs sounds appealing to you, here are the best Quilboar that were introduced in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Battlegrounds' fourth season.

5 𒈔 ♋ Gem Smuggler

Gem Smuggler Hearthstone Battlegrounds

Gem Smuggler’s Battlecry gives an instant boost to all of your Quilboar. If you can take advantage of the other synergies that were introduced in Season 4, that boost can be substantial; if you've been increasing the effect of your Blood Gems throughout the game, it can near 100/100 in total stats.

As a result, while the Gem Smuggler doesn't provide the consistent boosts as some of the other Quilboar, the massive burst of stats it can give you shouldn't be underestimated. And since its effect gets stronger the longer the game goes on, Gem Smuggler will basically never be a bad minion to buy if you are playing a full Quilboar build.

4 💝 Prickly Piper

Prickly Piper Hearthstone Battlegrounds

Gaining attack is g♌enerally better than health (although if you gain enough health, attack often becomes irrelevant). Minions with Divine Shield or Windfury effectively gain double the benefit from attack boosts; having Divine Shield makes having high attack and low health less problematic, and Windfury just makes your minion deal double the damage (assuming it survives the first hit). And there are several Quilboar with one of those keywords.

Prickly Piper can also be used with Titus 𓃲Rivendare to double its Deathrattle, increasing the speed at which your Blood Gems gain attack. If the game goes long enough, it will only take a couple of Blood Gems to turn a relatively small minion into a one that can compete with minions your opponents have been scaling for most of the game.

3 Bristlebach ♏ 🉐

Bristlebach Hearthstone Battlegrounds

Bristlebach’s effect is unique among Quilboar. Most of them have a Battlecry or an effect that triggers at the end of your turn. Bristlebach, on the other hand, has Avenge, which means it triggers in combat. As a result, the buffs Bristlebach gives ꦰaren’t permanent. However, when combined with the effects of some other minions on this list, one death can represent a massive amount of stats.

You can try to really maximize Bristlebach&💦rsquo;s ability with some Reborn minions from ⛎Beasts or Undead, but it still works even if you’re just running Quilboar. Put Bristlebach last in your attack order, and watch as each minion that dies provides the rest of your board with substantial buffs.

Bristlebach also has specific synergy with Tough Tusk, a Quilboar that gains Divine Shield whenever you play a Blood Gem on it. With Bristlebach, you can re-trigger the effect over and over again in combat, creating a similar effect to Deflect-o-Bot, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a Mech minion that regains its Divine Shield whenever you su🍃mmon a Mech.

2 🐲 Bongo Bopper

Bongo Bopper Heartstone Battlegrounds

Bongo Bopper is a scaler and a buff engine all in one. Its base ability gives it two B🌃lood Gems and gives you an extra one to use as you like. Even without the benefit of some Season 4 minions that increased the stats your Blood Gems give you, that’s a decent amount of stats.

ꦅAnd since these are both "end of turn" effects, you can also use Drakkari Enchanter to double them, giving six total Blood Gems. When combined with the other minions on this list that increases the stats your Blood Gems give, the Bopper can be one of the fastest-scaling minions in the game, reaching triple-digit stats within a few turns.

1 M🐠oon-Bacon Jazzer ꦏ

Moon-Bacon Jazzer Hearthstone Battlegrounds

Moon-Bacon Jazzer is a generally good minion to play. Causing every Blood Gem for the rest of the game to give one extra health might not seem like much, but it will quickly add up if you play them consistently throughout the game. And of course, the more Jazze🐻rs you find, the greaꦛter benefit you’ll get.

Moon-Bacon Jazzer can also be the foundation for a unique Quilbo🍸ar build if Beasts are in the lobby. Using Rylak Metalhead, which triggers the Battlecries of adjacent minions when it dies, along with Brann Bronzebeard or Titus Rivendare, and your Blood Gems will be giving a staggering amount of health, stretching into the triple digits.

At that point, your minions will be basically unkillable unless your opponent has some minions with Venomous or some similar effect. It's a pretty situational build, and finding all the pieces can be tough, but if you can manage it you'll be almost unbeatable.
