Aside from functionality, the cards have creative artwork and tongue-in-cheek names that call to mind a murder mystery story.
As with all Hearthstone packs, picking the cards best suited for you and your style of playing is what ultimately determines how valuable a card will be to you when adding it to your deck. That said, with Murder At Castle Nathria, don't overlook the multitude of amazing cards just because they don't have prolonged effects or stats.
10 Perjury
Perjury is an 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:awesome Spell card to have in your deck because it's cheap — only costing you two mana — and it's common to get hold of, so sourcing it won't be a problem. Although this card won't stick around in your hand to do any damage to the opposing side, its Secret effect gives you a quick chance to refresh your cards.
Triggered as soon as your next round starts, you'll be able to Discover and cast a Secret from another class of card. This means you'll not only get to perform a move from a different class, but you'll have your pick from three possible Secrets to deploy, and still only have spent the two mana. If you need to regain control of your game, this card gives you more manageability in the immediate turn.
9 🧔 🍃 Objection!
Objection! is another Spell with a cheap price, making it an easy card to play at any point in the game after the first round or two. You'll have to try a bit harder to get this one, though, as it's rare, but definitely a good addition for your deck.
When your opponent puts down a Minion, you'll get an automatic Counter, which essentially makes their Minion null and void. You'll receive no damage or effects from the opposing card thanks to Objection!, and since it only costs three mana you can play it without worrying about timing it perfectly.
8 🌄 Motion Denied
Motion Denied only sets you back two mana and is a common card to find. As a Spell, it doesn't give you much security in terms of long-term damage while in play, but it does still manage to give you a nice bargain with its Secret effect.
Make sure you play this card when you're in the middle of the game to ensure it goes in effect, since it's triggered by your opponent playing three cards in a single turn, and using it too early or too late could mean this isn't possible. Once it's triggered, however, Motion Denied will hit the Enemy Hero with six damage, giving you a great head start on eliminating your opponent, or finishing the game for good.
7 Sightless Maಞgistrate
The Sightless Magistrate is a common Minion card that provides decent stats for its cost. That said, the Battlecry effect may make using this card tricky in terms of timing and necessity. If you need a better array of cards in your hand, or if you notice your opponent is working their way through their deck with ease, throwing this out can change the pace and give you a chance to get the upper hand in the game. Crazed Wretch also gains Charge, allowing it to attack without waiting once it's been hit by an enemy.
This can be a great card starting out in the game, since it's cheap to play and gets stronger after an attack, but it can also be an amazing card to have in hand later. Depending on what else you have to play, this can act as a quick throwaway card for damage, or as a buffer for stronger cards.
5 Criminal Lin🀅eup ꧅
Criminal Lineup is one of the more expensive Spells🍌 to cast in the game, but it gives you a boost later in a match when it may be harder to come by quick 🔯and easy cards to fight your opponent. Using this card will give you the power to pick one of your Minions and Summon three copies of it to play.
While Minions aren't necessarily strong, depending on what you have in your hand can determine just how powerful this card can be for you and your game. As with anything, even three cards that inflict two damage each gives you the potential for a maximum of six damage against your enemy.
4 Doꦯuble Cross
Double Cross may sound cooler and edgier than it really is, but that doesn't mean it's any less effective for your game. Cheap and common, this Spell's Secret allows you to draw two cards into your hand once your opponent has spent all of their mana in the round. Not only will this give you more options going into your turn, but it builds on to what you already have while your opponent has to wait for their next turn to react.
Any time you🍨 have the ability to create a plan moving forward 𒊎in Hearthstone, take it. Even if your opponent throws a wrench in those plans, you still have a place to start from while they are left guessing what they should do next.
3 Sticky Situation 𒅌
Yet another cheap and common Spell, Sticky Situation reacts to your opponent playing a Spell by Summoning a Spider with Stealth and +3/+4 stats. This Minion, known as Tomb Crawler, costs three mana on its own, so you're getting a bargain by playing it through Sticky Situation.
Tomb Crawler having Stealth as soon as it's Summoned is also beneficial because there's nothing your opponent can do until you use it to attack them. It can't be targeted with attacks or Spells, giving you a round or two to have it in play.
2 𒉰Collateral Damage
Collateral Damage is a rare Spell with a high price, so although having it will greatly improve your deck, make sure you have a strategy for when it's time to play it. You'll hit three of your opponent's Minions with six damage, and any left over will go to the enemy Hero. This means you'll want to hold off as long as you can to play Collateral Damage, which should be easy with its mana cost.
Ideally you'll play this card when your opponent has at least three Minions in play, but even if they don't, you get the benefit of unused damage going to their Hero, which will still help put you in the lead. Regardless, this isn't a Spell to cast on a whim, so be sure you're ready to inflict the full damage.
1 ༒ Prince Renathal
Prince Renathal is a great card in this set because he's cheap to play and has decent Minion stats of +3/+4. He's also 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a Legendary card, so you'll have the bragging rights of his status in your deck, too. The biggest reason to have the Prince is your deck, though, is his effect. He instantly increases the size of your deck and your maximum HP to 40.
Obviously, any boost you can get to your HP is a welcome thing, and having a few extra cards in your deck to use can make picking what you include less harrowing. Plus, Pr🥀ince Renathal has stats of his own that will allow you to keep him in the fight for a few turns, at least.
