168澳洲幸运5开奖网:My recent hunt for Taimanin Asagi lಌed me to Nutaku's doorstep in the past few weeks.

Oh, I'd heard of them. Everyone has - when it comes to Western hentai publishers, Nutaku's at the top of the litter. Where other publishers have floundered in translating hentai games, they've buil🌌t a small empire off of it. Their synthesis of great art, novel concepts, and thorough FTP monetization has led to a number of rousing successes for the company.

That track record led to me trying out one of their latest titles - , which our intrepid Sean Murray . The basic thrust (heh) of the narrative involves "genetically improved" clones of anime girls that pilot big ol' robots. As a renowned starship commander, you're tasked with leading a squad of these gals to explore X-69 - a colony inhabited exclusively by clones. Along the way, you stumble upon an ancient mystery that involves magic crystals and a robot girl that's definitely not KOS-MOS from Xenosaga.

It's a cheesy plot, told entirely through animated visual novel sequences, but it's charming in its clear love for mech anime. Every possible genre trope is here, and lampooned in the broad, silly ways that you'd expect from a smut parody. That said, I have gotten pretty invested in some of the characters, as their writing🀅 is surprisingly compelling and, dare I say, nuanced.

But what really compels me to keep going is the stellar turn-based combat. The game is a stripped-down synthesis of both Pokemon and Fire Emblem. There's a whole elemental affinity and weakness system here, structured very much like a traditional weapon triangle. Combat is car🔯ried out between your mechs by systematically targeting enemy weaknesses, and by building out a perfect team composition before throwing yours൩elf into the fray.

This translates to fast, terse battles in which every move matters and one slip-up could spell disaster. JRPGs have become a bit bloated as of late, speaking as a longtime fan, and this stripped-down version recalls the snappy pacing of a Shin Megami Tensei IV or a Final Fantasy X. Not to say it necessarily has t🧸he depth an♛d heft of those games, of course, but that tightness goes a long way - especially in the addictive PVP mode.

Oh, and on the note of tightness, this is still a porn game. As you progress, you give your clone girls presents and exchange dialogue with them. The more you play (or pay,) the closer you get to unlocking cute pictures and animated sex scenes. I won't get into those here, because I can feel my boss staring daggers at me from across the US-ꦅCanada border, but they're here and they're, uh... extremely good. Let's leave it at🎃 that.

As somebody who was really bummed out by the new Sakura Wars, it's been nice to dig into a tactical RPG with anime girls and big ol' robots. Heavy Metal Babes might not offer the breadth of content and heft as, say, a Steambot Chronicles, but it's a charming l🥀ittle game that I'm having a blast with.

Heavy Metal Babes is free to play on PC and An🐲droid now, and is very NSFW.
