After months of leaks, rumours, and datamines, 's release date has finally been revealed thanks to an unlisted trailer being posted by .
Well, Hi-Fi Rush fans, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster day, right? After Xbox's announcement that it was bringing four exclusive games to other platforms caused Nintendo's Partner Direct Showcase to be pushed back, lots of us assumed that it'd include an announcement for Hi-Fi Rush coming to other consoles, seeing as how that was the first game rumoured to be leaving Xbox.

Hi-Fi Rush Coming To🐈 Nintendo Switch Is A Good Thing
This rhythm action banger bein꧅g in the hands of more people would be amazing news.
That didn't end up happening, though, as the two Xbox games reveale🌠d during the Partner Showcase were Grounded and Pentiment, with Hi-Fi Rush nowhere in sight. If you rꦺesigned yourself to having to wait some time until Hi-Fi Rush was eventually revealed to be leaving Xbox, then good news - it only took a few mo🔯re hours.
, Bethesda accidentally shared an unlisted video that announced that Hi-Fi Rush will be coming to PS5 on March 19. Strangely, it doesn't seem like it's going to be coming to Nintendo Switch anytime soon, as the announcement specifically references it coming to PS5 and doesn't hint at any other consoles getting a port in the near future.
It's possible that the Nintendo Switch isn't able to run Hi-Fi Rush at 60fps, which is pretty essential for such a fast-paced rhythm game. Maybe the next Nintendo console will feature an appearance from Chai and 808?
The trailer sadly doesn't mention a physical edition of the game and instead points to another Digital Deluxe version, which is a shame considering that's one of the main reasons why people wanted to see the game ported. It's possible that it is still happening, but don't hold your breath too much for a shiny steelbook.
Hi-Fi Rush's PS5 port will also include all of the post-game DLC that was added, such as the Power Up! Tower Up! and BPM Rush modes, and will be available for pre-order from the PlayStation Store from February 22, which is likely when the announcement was supposed to be made. No word on if the 𓆉exclusive shirt that was datamined from the Xbox version of the game will be making it's way here, but if it does then it adds a bit more evidence to it eventually coming to Nintendo Switch as well.

𒊎 Thওere’s No Way The Borderlands Movie Is Good, Right?
Even setting aside the long post-production, the things that make Borderlands distinct as a game a꧒re liabilities as a movie.
