You'd think that when the body count rises in a city that a witness would come forward and describe you well enough to be known. It doesn't matter how big a city is, once word gets out that you are assassinating big political figures and criminals, you'd think soldiers would automatically recognize the robes and face of that assassin. Even when blending in with the crowd, it should be simple to spot someone wearing an elaborate robe with hood, but you are suddenly invisible to them.

Starting in Assassin's Creed III, hunting becomes an integral tool in the narrative. Exploring a world without ♐modern technology means finding ways of surviving harsh environments without modern restaurants or grocery stores. Instead, you have to gather herbs and hunt animals in the wild. Whether you are exploring the woods or traveling the seas to unexplored islands, there are a vast array of animals you must hunt for food and supplies, as well as crafting medicine and clothing. It doesn't matter if you get so injured that you'd normally need to amputate, you get medicine and suddenly ♈the injury is gone. If only it worked like that in the real world.
