168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Horizon Forbidden West players have been digging into its new expansion, the Burning Shores DLC, which is proving a hit. The PlayStation 5 exclusi🌄ve has been praised, from its volumetric clouds and new ability to fly above them, to thꦦe new gameplay additions and introduction of a certain character.
There will be some spoilers going ahead, reader, so beware. A certain new character has been making a big splash. This would be Seyka, who Aloy meets in the Burning Shores DLC, and played by newcomer Kylie Liya Page who provided the voice and mocap performance. Over on the Horizon subreddit fans have been cooing over the actress' glee at seeing herself on a TV as her character pops up in the game.
Kylie Liya Page is an actor, singer, and dancer who grew up in ✤New York and is a graduate in musical theatre and drama, according to her website. That physicality no doubt aided her in her mocap performance for characters that inhabit the post-apocalyptic world of Horizon. And her character Seyka has a very striking look with that high ponytail giving her an instantly recognisable🎀 silhouette.

In the above video Page gets asked why the game's developers decided to make Seyka's hair like that. Page replies, "Because they were asking me, when they were doing face scanning, they were like 'what are the different hairstyles that you normally wear?' and I said, 'oh I always do like a really high pony[tail] it's kind of like a signature thing that I do' and then they gave her a high pony!"
Her interviewer and herself are sitting on a couch watching Burning Shores play out on a TV in front of them, with the scene in question showing Seyka with Aloy. "I can't believe that's my face!" Page says with obvious glee as she watches the cutscene play out. "She really looks like you," her interviewer remarks.
Those in the reddit thread were equally appreciative and admiring of Page. "She seems so great and did a great job!" said one. "I hope to see her in more and hope she's feeling good about her reception. It's neat that they added a personal quirk of hers to Seyka". Another added, "She's adorable, and her performance was great. Hope to see her in many more roles in the future. Including Horizon 3".
It's nice to see such support for Page, a young actress whose appearance in Burning Shores is one of her first major roles, especially when trolls and homophobes have been targeting the DLC on review sites. In fact the strange and overheated vitriol that has been directed at the expansion has prompted Metacritic to "evolve"💙 its moderation so that such review bombing will be tempered in the future. The review bombings waylaid the DLC's user score, dragging it down due to a plotline that confirms Aloy is queer.
