The game has been in development since at least 2021, also under the title "Skyline", of which the logo uses the same font as Horizon's.
This news comes in the wake of several other Sony live-service cancellations, including a God of War spin-off.

That's according to South Korean news outlet (via user --R), who revealed that the de🗹cision to axe Project H came last year. The team was reportedly notified earlier this month, and has now been disbanded and moved elsewherꦐe.
