The Briefing is the first scene after the prologue of the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:House of Ashes. This is the latest title in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dark Pictures' anthology horror series, and it takes place in Iraq in 2003. During The Raid, you'll be introduced to the main cast of characters, as well as several side characters, and make your first major decisions of the game. The Curator
After the prologue, there's a cutscene where you are introduced to the Curator - a third-wall-breaking character who will be observing your story as you play. He's mostly here to be ominous - there are no decisions to make in your interactions with him. You may 🌳want to listen to what he has to say for advice about your upcoming choices, though.
Arrival In Iraq: Eric
When you return to the game after this introduction, you'll be dropped into Iraq in the year 2003. You are playing as Eric King, a Lieutenant Colonel with the United States Air Force (USAF). He arrives in Iraq on a helicopter and meets Jason Kolchek, a 1st Lieutenඣant with the United States Military Corps (US🉐MC).
King's first choice is how to introduce himself to Jason - impatient and eager to start, or apologizing for arriving early?

After telling Jason that he's the new commanding officer (C.O.), Eric can either introduce his assistant or tell her to be careful with his equipment.

The Affair: Rachel
Next, the scene cuts to a man and woman making out in an office. The woman is introduced as Rachel King, a CIA Field Officer. The man is Nick Kay, a Sergeant with the USMC.
They discuss how Nick has been having a tough time lately, and then he asks whether Rachel will tell her husband, Eric (whom she hasn't seen in a year) about their affair.

Meeting The Team: Eric
The scene cuts back to Eric, Jason, and Clarice. They are introduced to a member of the team named Merwin, and Nick meets Eric.
Continuing on, we're introduced to a character named Joey working at a computer.

Again, Eric gets to decide how to introduce himself.

Next, it's revealed that the current C.O. who Erik is replacing is Rachel, Erik's wife. When Jason comments that Rachel won't like that a new C.O. has shown up, Eric can respond angrily or calmly.

♓You'll be allowed to roam around the base for a few moments. Rachel arrives shortly and the husband and wife reunite.

Eric needs to decide how to tell Rachel that he's taking over her team.

Mission Briefing: Eric
The scene soon shifts to the team briefing. Eric explains that their satellites have detected an underground storage facility in the nearby mountains. They think that it'ꦐs where a recently ousted Iraqi leader, Sadam, was hiding chemical weapons.
As they discuss how to approach the situation, the team members start arguing about whether or not to call in air support for the raid. Jason thinks it's ess🍌ential, while Merwin recommends not bringing air support so as not to bring down the Iraqi soldi♈ers on them. As the C.O., it's Eric's call.

Post-Briefing Reunion: Eric
The briefing is dismissed, and Eric and Rachel get a moment to talk alone. Rachel tells Erik she needs to tell him something and Eric gets another decision wheel - whether to gush about the mission or to say that he's missed her.

- Intimate: Positive point in Eric and Rachel's relationship, Eric's "Romantic" trait is improved
Rachel and Eric have a short conversation.
- If Rachel told Nick that she would tell Eric about their affair, she tells Eric their relationship is over.
- If Rachel told Nick they should put things between them on hold, Rachel tells Eric that they will talk about their relationship when the time is right.
The "Until Death" Be🌊aring updates with thiᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚs decision, either way.
After telling Merwin to be careful with the ultraviolet light wands that Eric has brought to take on the raid, you'll get a chance to explore the briefing room further while you wait for the download.
Waiting For The Download: Eric
There are a number of people to talk to and items to interact with, but you only have a limited time to explore before the download finishes and the mission starts. There's one important item to interact with in this room: a piece of paper under a mug on one of the fold-out tables. This is 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Secret #1: Bandit Briefing.
After you've found the Secret, you can spend your leftover time looking at other items in the room or talking to the other teammates.​​​​​​ Talking to the other people will allow Eric to earn relationship points and/or improve his traits.
Items that you can look at and teammates that you can talk to:
- Iraq Map
- Government Documents
- Merwin (about climbing gear)
- Joey (about the danger of the mission)
- Jason (about White Phosphorus) (If you pick up the White Phosphorus and talk to Jason, you can tell them not to bring it, or allow it. If you don't talk to Jason, they bring it. This will affect a decision 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:in The Raid scene.)
After your time runs out, the download will be complete and the team leaves for their mission.
