Just in time to help drain your wallet over the🍨 holidays, WizKids is releasing a new X-Men set of HeroClix figures. Dubbed X-Men House of X, the block contains mutants, space-farers, alternate timeline versions,📖 and other oddities from the winding saga of X-Men comics.

X-Men House of X will debut in December, but WizKids sent♍ TheGamer a preview booster brick to let us dig into t🔥he set early. We pulled some of the more interesting characters to show you here, but if you want to see all 50 figures we unboxed, check out our .

Egg & Corsair HeroClix

Let's start by showing the set's variety with these two. Egg is a somewhat more recent mutant, introduced after Avengers vs. X-Men. He was jokingly called "Goldballs" at one point because his power consists of shooting gold that go "poink!" Eventuaඣlly it was discovered that his golꦯd balls were actually eggs that could be used to revive the dead. His figure leans into the more comical nature of his character, with egg balls launching behind him.

Joining him is Corsair, one of the Starjammers. As a space swashbuckler, he doesn't have powers. But the sculptors still gave him a dynamic pose, a testament to how the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:new HeroClix is working to make each figure a quality colle𝔉ctible.

Chamber & Cardinal HeroClix

Up next are Chamber and Cardinal, who show how good WizKids has gotten at handling characters with energy-based powers. Chamber is constantly bursting with psionic energy, which he often keeps contained around his chest area. Cardinal is in the middle of a good ol' fashioned "bamf" teleport. The scuplts for the figured communicate the differences between these forces with their shapes. Chamber's chest area bubbles ꦰwith energy, but then splits into jagged bolts in each hand. Cardinal's forms a cloud that he bursts out of, true to the smoke that such teleportation produces in the comics. Two very different powers brought to li☂fe with the same plastic.

Krakoa HeroClix

This is a piece of the sentient island Krakoa, current home to mutants in the comics. These pieces all connect to the Krakoa hivemind, and can teleport beings to one another using a magical gateway. Here we see one such avatar of Krakoa doing just that. The de𝄹sign on this one is incredible, communicating the gateway power and general weirdness of Krakoa in one figure.

Psylocke HeroClix

Here we see Psylocke in two variants. The left has the more muted colors and realistic hair color you might see in darker books like X-Force, or her recent stint in🐎 the movies. The right is more vibrant, no doubt inspired by her earlier comics appearances. The figures actually do have slightl꧑y different stats, too, making them both worth a spot in your forces.

Wꦦe'll close out with another Psylocke, although here she goes by Captain Britain. She takes the mantle from her brother in the Excalibur books, and we see this realized in figure form here. This one's great because it combines the dynamic pose, great use of energy effects, and a reference to a very specific run of X-Men comics. They also managed to give her an expressive face, which is a great step up from the .
