How Big Is The Universe In No Man's Sky?
Before we dive into the specifics of individual planets, let's go a bit wider first. To properly understand how No Man's Sky handles the idea of scale, we should look at its universe as a whole. And it's a pretty big one.

At a distance, these planets seem gargantuan. Even when you see their scale relative to each other, they still seem mind-numbingly large. Of course, unless you've actually been to space in reality, it's hard to understand how these planets are in terms of size compared to Earth.
The circumference of Earth is about 40,000 kilometres all around. No Man's Sky uses its own measurement system, so we can't get one-to-one comparisons, but we can intuit them. A unit is roughly equivalent to about three metres. So the Earth's circumference would be about 120,000 kilounits in No Man's Sky's own terms.
By comparisons, here are the circumferences in kilounits of various planet sizes in No Man's Sky, using the one Metre to three Units conversation rate:

Is There Anything Actually Earth-Sized In No Man's Sky?
So then, is there anything in No Man's Sky that actually is the size of Earth? Well, no. There's not even anything to the scale of some of the smallest celestial bodies in our Solar System. But to actually under♔stand why, you need to understand that the universe is very, very large. And growing.
There are an estimated 100 sextillion planets in existence. 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. We've only seen around 5,000 of those. So with some intense extrapolation, the only thing we can give No Man's Sky in terms of scale is if you take the surface area of all of its 18 quintillion planets into account, it is much larger than Earth. That's still an astounding achievement.
So while you can't actually witness planets on a real-life scale in No Man's Sky, that's for the best. If all 18 quintillion were as big as actual planets, you'd get pretty bored of them pretty quickly.
