The Dragon Quest series is filled with stories of legendary heroes who must fight off the darkness and save the world. There are some games where the concepꦿt of the hero is an entire character class, as was the case with Erdrick in Dragon Quest III: Seeds of Salvation and the gift of the Hero 🅘Heart in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past. The Dragon Quest heroes share many powers, which is why we have turned them into a subclass in .
The Dragon Quest heroes possess a number of abilities. They are po𒊎werful warrior🦋s who specialize in heavy armor and sword & shield combat. Heroes have access to healing magic, buffing spells, debuffing spells, as well as powerful fire & lightning magic, the type that is normally reserved for arcane spellcasters.
I Need A Hero
The version of the Hero class we have created in Dungeons & Dragons is one of the paladin subclasses. When a paladin reaches level 3, they can choose to take on the Oath o𒅌f the Hero, binding themselves to the cause of fighting evil. These paladins exist in worlds where there is one massive threat that needs to be taken care of, and warriors take on vows specifically to deal with these enemies.
The Tenets of the Hero are -
The Greater Good - The lives of countless people are at stake. The hᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚero must be willing to lay down their lives in order to stop evil wherever it may appear, whether this involves dying on the battlefield or living a life of vigilance.
Duty - The hero will go out of th♊eir way to help those in need, even if it♏ means risking their own life.
Lineage - Evil can be stopped, but it cannot be vanquished forever. 🅘It's the hero's duty to prepare future generations for the time when evil rises again.
Protect Love Over Destroying Evil - The hero must become a beacon of hope for the common people, ensuring them that the battle against evil is nevꦜer truly lost.

They can choose how many hit points they give to each ally (if the paladin has ten hit points left, they can give seven to one ally and three to another, for example). The paladin must use all of their remaining lay on hands reserves with this ability, even if everyone in the vicinity is at full health.
Miracle Slash - Starting at level 7, the paladin can choose to use Channel Divinity alongside their divine smite. If they do, then t✤hey regain hit♔ points equal to the radiant damage dealt to the enemy with the divine smite used that turn.
Disruptive Wave - Starting at level 15, the paladin can choose to use Channel Divinity to empower a dispel magic spell that they have cast. If they do, then the effects of dispel magic affect a number of enemies/obj♐ects/effects equal to t💧he paladin's Wisdom modifier.
Kazapple - Starting at level 20, the paladin can choose to use Channel Divinity to cast a specialized version of storm of vengeance. This version of the spell only uses t🦩he "Round 2" effect listed in the spell's description (the one that calls six bolts of lightning) and it 🐬only lasts for a single round.
