There is one Night Chest in the Clashing Rocks area, so it's likely going to be the first chest that many find during 🦂their first playthrough. It can be found on one of the many islands, t✤o the southwest of the Clashing Rocks mainland.
Valley of Eternal Spring Night Chest
The nexꦫt Night Chest is found in the Valley of Eternal Spring in an area that is n🌄oticeable because of its water pools. You want to head to the most western section of the water pools to find this chest. The Archives is the nearest fast travel location.
Grove of Kleos Night Chest 1
The next Night Chest can be found at th⛦e very northern edge of the Grove of Kleos area, close to Guardian's Hill, which is the nearest fast travel point. It can be found just overlooking the King's Peak area that can be seen behind the chest.
Grove of Kleos Night Chest 2
The second chest in the Grove of Kleos area can be found close to the Gates of Tartaros, just south of a building that is 🐷clearly visible on the map.
War's Den Night Chest 1
The next Night Chest is over in the northeast section of theཧ War's Den 🍨area, a short distance from Protector Drakon Ismenios, which is the closest fast travel point.
If you're ever stru🎶ggling to find the exact location based on the maps shown, just enter Far Sight mode to pinpoint the exact location.
War's Den Night Chest 2
The next chest is found at the northern edge of the War's Den area, close to The Forgelands border. It is found inside a locked chamber, near a statue of Ares. There is a small touchpoint puzzle to solve, but you just need to hit the ꦆtouchpoints that have ghosts on them to get it right.
The Forgelands Night Chest 1
Over in The Forgelands, you'll want to be in the northeast area and you'll find your next Night Chest close to all the pillaꦦrs and air streams, and also close to ✅the quarry.
The Forgelands Night Chest 2
The next Night Chest can once again be found close to the Gates of Tartaros, with the statue of Hephai⛎stos being the closest fast travel point.
King's Peak Night Chest 1
The King's Peak area isn't truly traversable until later in the game, so you might need to move the main storyline along somewhat to ♕reach the last two Night Chests you'll need. The first is found in the southwest of the area, you can fast travel to the Shrine of Themis and then keeping dropping/gliding down until you're at the level you need.
King's Peak Night Chest 2
The second can be found in the northeast section of the King's Peak area. Though the Shrine of Metis looks like it's the closest, the chest is actually higher than that point, so you should i♋nstead fast travel to the Shrine of the Fates (if you have it unlocked) and travel down to the Night Chest by dropping/♛gliding.
You'll kn⛦ow you're i🎀n the right place when you come to the large table and chairs of the gods, as the chest is just next to there.
Hermes's Heroic Task Board - Exploration Tasks
You've found all ten Night Chests now and you should have ten Midnight Fragments in your inventory too, which also give you the clue to the next stage of this quest when examined — Hermes's Heroic Task Board. You need to complete all of Hermes's exploration tasks, which is the third section do🍒wn on the left-hand side. It's clear from the map marker icon shown next to the quests.
The tasks vary from collecting ambrosia, opening normal chests, opening night chests, openi🐼ng guarded chests, and more. The final task will ask you to collect all of the Midnight Fragments, which you should have already, and handing in this last task will get you the Armor of Apotheosis as a reward.
