Unlike Tidal Guidance, you can choose the Ocean's Blessing once to get a single piece that you really want from any outfit. You cannot change your targeted item once you have made a selection. You will get your most-wanted piece more quickly, and you are guaranteed to obtain it on your fifth five-star draw.
Ocean's Blessing ends when a Resonance event is o♚ver, and if an ou✱tfit gets a rerun, you need to make your choice again.
