For context, inXile Entertainment is part of Xbox Game Studios with an emphasis on developing RPGs. It was founded in 2002 by Brian Fargo and was comprised of former Black Isle developers when that studio shut down in 2003. Black Isle Studios, the developer of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the original Fallout 𝓡games, was succeeded by The Outer Worlds and 𝓡Pillars of Eternity developer Obsidian Entertainment - the two share similar roots and a similar journey, ending up under the Xbox umbrella.

Some have theorized that inXile are working on a new Fallout game. It wouldn't be the first time that a Black Isle Studios successor has held the reins despite Bethesda's ownership of the IP. Obsidian Entertainment developed Fallout: New Vegas, after all. However, there's nothing to say what it will be just yet bar it being an open-world, first and third-person RPG.

For now, inXile Entertainment is releasing Wasteland 3's Final Expansion, Cult of the Holy Detonation. This was unveiled during Gamescom and shows a new adventure in which the Ranger ventures to the pre-war bunkers of the Cheyenne Mountains. After that, inXile has something up its sleeve, but just what it will be is the question on the tip of its fans' tongues.
