Though Paramount Plus has only been available since 2021, it has a much longer history than other streaming services like Peacock and HBO Max. It originally began as CBS All Access in 2014,⛦ but after multiple mergers and agreements, the platform eventually evolved൩ into what it is today.

Paramount Plus includes a wide library of original programs like multiple Star Trek spin-offs and Tulsa King, while also allowing you to revisit classic shows and movies or live stream 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:current hits like Yellowjackets or Survivor. If you're on the fence ab💦out subscribing to another streaming service or want to know whether it has enough to be your sole entertainment provider, we'll help you determine if Paramount Plus is worth it.
Review
Ultimately, Paramount Plus has an avalanche of content that includes comedies, dramas, live sports, reality television, and so much more. No matter what your interests are, you should be able to find something interesting on the platform.
If you like sports, Paramount Plus has the broadcasting rights to a variety of events like The Masters and UEFA matches. It also live streams all NFL and college games, so it's a perfect choice for football fans.
Anyone who likes 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:classic reality TV shows like Survivor, Big Brother, The Amazing Race, and The Challenge shouldn't have to think twice about subscribing to Paramount Plus. Not only does the platform contain the entire back catalog of all of these shows, but you can watch new episodes on the servꦺice live or the day after they air.

If you're not into sports or reality TV shows, you might have a harder time consistently finding something new to watch on Paramount Plus. Those are certainly two of the biggest advantages the service has against its competitors, and without them, it's much harder to justify why someone would choose it over something like Netflix or HBO Max that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:obj♑ectively💞 has more content available on them.
There are also some issues with the app itself, from crashing to not always having programs available when they should be. It can certainly b🥃e distracting, and other platforms don't suffer from these problems nearly as much.

Time Expenditure
There is enough content on Paramount Plus to keep you busy for quite some ti🥃me. Its catalog includes every ep🐈isode of hit scripted shows like Dexter and Twin Peaks, as well as a bunch of reality TV programs like Survivor and Big Brother (a subscription also earns you access to Big Brother's 24/7 live feeds).
The amount of time you spend with Paramount Plus depends on how much media you consume daily, 👍weekly, or monthly. The massive library of classic shows and movies, along with an ever-expanding vault of original programs, could keep you entertained for a very long time.
What Subscribers Are Saying
Destination Star Trek - Quinton O'Connor
If you're like me - and there's a good chance you aren't, but still - then you're invested enough in the Star Trek franchise to make Paramount Plus a must-have. Not only does it sport the complete library of television series, s༒ans the odd streaming rights situation with Star Trek: Prodigy, but it usually has every feature film as well. Crucially, this includes not only the vast amount of legacy content, but every new season of current and upcoming projects.
Star Trek may not be your jam. If so, then perhaps you're into the ever-expanding Yellowstone universe, which by all commercial accounts is a far bigger ratings grab than the still-solid perfor♏mance from the Trek side of the equation. Or maybe you're big on live sports; if you're in the US, Paramount Plus is a great grab.
Here's the thing. If none of the above applies to you, it's a far harder sell. Frankly, Paramount Plus remains quite possibly the mos🎀t irritating app among major streamers. It runs poorly on many devices, and it has some of the oddest issues - why the heck is there a brief stutter at the beginning of each individual act within Star 𒉰Trek episodes?
Overall, though, I'd give P+ a strong recommendation. The caveat is that it's a fairly focused-content service cou🍌ld be said to apply to stuff like Peacock and Max, too, so hey!
A Decent Choice - Axel Bosso
I'm not sure how it compares with streaming services in other countries, but in Argentina, Paramount Plus is one of the cheapest subscriptions you can have (it costs less than half of a regular Netflix plan). Sure, the catalog i🎃sn't amazing, but you get some interesting original productions from time to time (Tulsa King) and a nice collection of classics (you can do your re-watch of every Mission: Impossible right now, for example). I pay the annual subscription, which has a nice discount, and I have a place to watch South Park or explore something new whenever I need it.
Yellowjackets, Dexter, MobLand, And School Spirits For The Win - Dennis Moiseyev
Paramount+ with Showtime is the best option, so you can get exclusive Showtime movies and shows in addition to the standard content from Paramount+. It's more costly, but absolutely worth it if you love Yellowjackets, Dexter, The Chi, or Billions, especially since Dexter: Resurrection also releases꧃ this summer. Plus, there's also a small library of A24 films available with that t🍃ier.
If you love Star Trek, CBS network dramas, and Taylor Sheridan and all his original shows 💙and Yellowstone spin-offs,🎀 you're set here as well. You also get all the Paramount hits like Maverick, the Mission: Impossible series, newer films like Novocaine, and plenty of classics as well.
Sometimes the app can be a bit buggy and causeﷺ issues more than other streaming apps, but it's only a slight nuis🐻ance. And while the selection isn't quite as great as Apple TV+, HBO Max, or Netflix, some of my favorite shows are Yellowjackets, Dexter, MobLand, and School Spirits.
Worth It If You Can Handle Bad UI - Jacqueline Zalace
I typically stream on my television from the PS5, and the user interface for Paramount+ is surprisingly awful. Though I made my way through the entire original Star Trek seasons, episodes were never marked as watched, so I had to scroll through each time. This itself was a long process, as everything just moved so slowly. Don't even bother pausing mid-episode and leaving; yo🦄u'll need to manually find your place again. I'm unsure if this is a widespread problem, but the subtitles almost always never lined up either.
That said, Paramount+ can be worth it if you know exactly what you want to watch on it (like Star Trek). If you can find what you want to watch elsewhere, then I recommend doing so. If your show of choice is only on Paramount+ through the TV app, 𝄹then prepare for very bad UI.
