There was a clear mixture of 'real bosses' and just levels that you had to pass to show that you had completed one section of the game. Although they were not enemies to be defeated, they felt a lot like boss levels but not the typical ones that many of you know. We take a look at the bosses in the game and rank them all. For those looking to see every villain we even have tips for defeating each one.

Fire Canyon

Jak And Daxter Precursor Legacy Fire Canyon Zoomer Power Cell

Fire Canyon is the first non-enemy boss level that you come across in the game and is the first boss level overall. You will need to have collected 20 Power Cells to get to this point. The Cells will charge up the𒅌 heat shield on your Zoomer to give you better protection against the heat.

Apart from the present danger of being toasted whilst driving across open lava, there isn't anything too challenging in the level. The ease of the course is dependent on your experience as a gamer. If you’re an experienced gamer then the level can be seen as too easy. This could be a reason why the franchise168澳洲ꦫ幸运5开奖网: didn’t survive the move to PS3.

How To Beat Fire Canyon

The most difficult part of Fire Canyon is not being blown to pieces. Kiera (Samos's daughter and creator of the Zoomer) has released cooling balloons throughout the course. You will need to aim for and drive through these balloons. They will lower the temperature of your Zoomer. You will be able to keep trac🔜k of your temperature on the lower left-hand side of the screen.

Your goal is to stay cool and you can use the precursor-built jumps throughout the Canyon to get some air. This won’t cool you down but it will stop the temperature from increasing whilst you’re airborne. Also, you can get some air by driving into Lurkers.

There are a few Blue Eco vents dotted in the Canyon too. Driving through these will give you a speed boost.

Mountain Pass

Jak And Daxter Precursor Legacy Mountain Pass Flying Lurker

The Mountain pass is the second non-boss level in the game and the third boss level overall. You can only access this level after defeating Klaww. The Flying Lurkers have put large bundles of explosives throughout the pass with the intent to detonate them. You need to race the three of them to the end of the Pass and destroy the detonator. If they beat you, ka-boom!

In this Zoomer-based level, you don’t have to monitor your temperature. Instead, you just have to navigate massive bundles of 🍷explosives. There are more 🍰technical aspects for you to get right whilst piloting your Zoomer.

How To Beat The Mountain Pass

Ignore collecting all the Precursor Orbs and Scout Flies. You can go back and collect them later. Your goal here is speed. There are a lot of Blue Eco vents scattered throughout the Pass and you should fly through these to gain speed.

Fly through two in a row to get an extra-strong boost of speed.

When you re♓ach the cave area of the Pass (near the end of the level) theꦏre are big holes in the floor.

If you fall down these then you’ll die and the level will restart.

When you are in here, press down R1 whilst turning with L3 to do sharp turns. They are valuable in navigating a tight space.

You need to mind the bundles of explosives, if you catch one of th♉em with your Zoomer then you’ll be blown up.

Lava Tube

Jak And Daxter Precursor Legacy Lava Tube Cooling Balloon Room Puzzle

The Lava Tube is the third and final non-boss level of the game, the fourth boss level overall. You will need to have collected 72 Power Cells to power the heat shield🍎 on your Zoomer for this level.

The level has the same premise as Fire Canyon: don't get toasted. It’s arguably more challenging than the other levels as you have fewer cooling balloons to help you and there are large mines in your way. It’s more technically challenging which should be expected ꦛof a boss level in the later stages of a game༺.

How To Beat The Lava Tube

Aim for the cooling balloons. They are few and far between in the Tube so you cannot afford to miss one.

Halfway through the Lava Tube, there is a room that you will be stuck in and need to destroy the large orbs at the center of it. Grab the clusters of yellow eco and fire at them quickly, Your temperature will rise in here so be as fast as you can.

After that room, there will be mines and large moving barrels of Dark Eco to contend with. The easiest thing to do is to avoid them but if you’re powereღd up with yellow eco then you can shoot right through th🀅em.

There are a few areas that are platforms raised off of the lava. Whilst you’re on these, your temperature will not rise. They can be tricky so take your time navigating them.

Right at the end of the tube, you will need to perfectly time a jump off of a platform to get the Power Cell. As you reach the end of the platform, click R1 and this should launch you far enough to grab it.

Klaww

Jak And Daxter Precursor Legacy Klaww Boulder Roll

Klaww is the first proper boss battle of the game and is the second boss battle overall. When you arrive in Rock Village the town has clearly been battered. This is because this monstrous Lurker has be🌃en throwing flaming boulders at them.

This one is slightly trickier to get to as you will need to give 90 Precursor Orbs to the Warrior to put the bridge back. Then you will need to get 45 Power Cells to access this level. This level gets you to use your skills as Jak rather than relying on racing on the Zoomer.

How To Beat Klaww

Klaww will create boulders and launch them at you. When they have fired a boulder, you can generally tell which platform it’s heading for. You need to quickly judge where it’s going and then jump to another platform for safety.

After a few boulders, one will smash and release a Blue Eco cluster. You need to grab the cluster and it will trigger the pre🅷cursor bridge to build on the lava.

You need to navigate across the bridge. Klaww will be firing large boulders towards you and you will need to dodge these. Once you reach the end of the bridge there will be yellow eco clusters. Grab them and fire at Klaww. After a few hits, t💜he🐭y will drop a large boulder on their head and the boulder will land on the platform.

As soon as the boulder hits Klaww, you need to run back to the platforms you were previously on. The large boulder will ro🌺ll behind you and break up the bridge.

Now, you will need to repeat these steps twice more. Each time, Klaww will be faster at firing boulders and when the bridge rebuilds, it will be missing pieces.

Do not fall in the lava - the level will start from the beginning if you die.

The third time through, when Klaww drops the boulder on their head the level will complete and the boulder will sma🔥sh to reveal a Power Cell. Grab the Power Cell to end th🧸e level.

You will then be allowed to get to The Mountain Pass.

Gol And Maia’s Precursor Robot

Jak And Daxter Precursor Legacy Gol And Maia Precursor Robot Final Boss

This is the big boss of the game and is, of course, the final one. Gol and Maia have adapted an old Precursor Robot to be somewhat evil and under their control. Their goal is to open a larg🐭e Dark Eco silo that will end the world and your goal is to stop them. Looking at it from a technical perspective, this level has many typical boss-level tropes.

It’s set in stages that you need to complete to take down the big boss.

The stages are made up of puzzles or mini-enemies that need to be dealt with in order to get a damaging blow on the big boss. Also, the stages get increasingly harder the more you damage the robot and the leve𝓀l will completelꦿy reset if you die. As with all good bosses, it’s extremely satisfying when you eventually take them down.

How To Beat Gol And Maia’s Precursor Robot

Stage One

Jak And Daxter Precursor Legacy Gol And Maia Precursor Robot First Stage Silo Opening

When you take the platform from the top of the Citadel to the top of the Dark Eco Silo, the robot will be focusing a beam on the middle of the silo in an attempt to open it. All you need to do is grab one of the yellow eco clusters and fire it at the eye of the robot. After a few hits, the robot will flinch back and a cinematic will appear of it roaring.

Once this is over, the robot will launch a device over the now slightly open Silo. You need to run to the Blue Eco vent then run across to the other side of the silo where the Blue Eco launcher is. You need to jump on this whilst channeling the eco and it will launch you into the air, safely away from the explosion below.

Stage Two

The robot will now fire green eco into the open top of the silo. Stay away from the center of the silo as mutated monsters that look like Lurkers will jump out. Shortly after the first one arrives, there will be four yellow eco clusters on top of the silo. Grab them and fire at the monsters.

These monsters cannot be hit with bare hands, they need to be taken down by yellow eco. Each yellow eco cluster can only be used once.

When they have been taken down, the robot will launch a device over the silo again. Repeat the earlier step with the eco vent and the launcher.

If you fall into the open part of the Silo then the level will start again. Also - the bomb countdown gets faster each time.

Stage Three

Jak And Daxter Precursor Legacy Gol And Maia Precursor Robot Cluster Stage

The middle of the Silo will be open slightly more now so you will need to be careful of that. Head to the half of the Silo where the inactive eco-vent is. The robot will now fire a set of clusters onto the area - these will explode one after the other and send energy waves across the surface. You need to jump to avoid the rings of energy or they will cause damage.

Whilst avoiding the energy pulses, you need to grab one of the yellow eco clusters and fire it at the robot. After a few hits the robot will get mad and fire the bomb device over the top of the silo again. Repeat the earlier steps with the blue eco vent and launcher, but faster.

Stage Four

The top of the Silo will be very open now. The best way to navigate around this is to stick to the edge. Head to the side of the Silo with the inactive eco vent. The robot will now fire flaming boulders at you (a hint back to Klaww) with extreme accuracy.

You need to dodge these without falling into the silo. Whilst dodging the boulders, grab one of the yellow eco clusters and rapid-fire at the robot.

Then something big is going to happen…

Stage Five

The first-ever appearance of light eco and light eco Jak! The robot will launch several bombs above the silo and you need to look around for the light eco cluster to appear. Once it appears, you will need to race to it and grab it before the bombs go off.

If they go off - the level starts again.

When you grab the eco, the level will end. You will haꦿve defeatꩲed Gol and Maia and saved the world!
