In 2018, Yakuza developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio released the first spin-off of their critically acclaimed series, Judgment. It has since been remastered for the current♛ generation consoles and still has plenty to offer, including to those who have already beat the game.
Judgment, like Yakuza before it, is stuffed to the brim with content in the form of side quests, mini-games, arcade games, friendship events, and secret boss fights. All of this content can be played after you finish the main storyline, and some of it you can only🦩 get to after you beat the game.
10 🌳 Play Premium Adventure Mode
Many games these days have some kind of New Game+ mode that le🐽ts you replay the game’s story mode on a harder difficulty and all the gear you’ve collected in your first playthrough. Judgment does things a little differently with what it calls the Premium Adventure mode.
After the credits roll, you’ll be given a choice. One option is the “Clear Save,” which will put you back into Kamurocho as you were at the end of the game. The other option is “Clear Data” and this is where Premium Adventure comes into its own. In this mode, the game effectively starts over again, only without the main storyline active. Here, you can do all the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:side cases and friendship missions again, from the lowest possible rank.
9 Solve Theꦚ Rest Of The Side Cases
There are 50 side cases in Judgement, and while some of them🍷 have to be done during the course of the main story, the vast majority are completely optional. Depending on𓂃 your play style and your thoroughness, there could very well be multiple side cases you’ve yet to discover, let alone complete.
Just because the m﷽ain story is over, that doesn’t mean you can’t go back and complete these side cases. Many of the൩m are as hilarious as you’d expect from a Yakuza game, but they’re all excellently written and paced, and because they’re separate from each other, they’re perfect if you just want to jump in and only play for a few minutes at a time.
8 💜 Beat The Secret Boss, Shin Amon 𓄧
The Amon Clan is the secret, super difficult series of end game bosses available to fight in all Yakuzaꦺ games. Judgment is no different. Here, you’ll be going up against Shin Amon, a ruthless assassin not unlike the other Amon Clan members, but with a more rational (and goofy) side.
In order to unlock the fight with him though, you’re going to have to complete all the side cases first. 💙Also, be warned, this fight is extremely difficult, by far the hardest in the game, and arguably one of the hardest in the series. It’s the perfect final challenge, as everything you learned up to that point will be put to the tes♔t.
7 Hang Out With Friends 💖
Just like with the side cases, there are 50 so-called “Friendship Missions” in Judgement. Thꦕese are little inﷺteractions with NPCs scattered throughout the city, many unlocked naturally as you play and explore on your own.
While it leads to organic moments of fun st𓃲orytelling, it can also be difficult to find all 50 characters and start their quests – not to mention that some of these quests themselves are on the difficult side. Waiting 🐲for the post-game to complete these friendship missions might be best, as you’ll have more time to lounge around the city and explore, and come across these characters naturally.
6 ♕ 𒊎 Go On A Date With Every Girlfriend
As we saw with the Friendship Missions, Yagami is a popular guy. The same is true for his love life, as there are four women you go on dates with and six locati🐟ons to take them to. These dating missions are connected to some of the side cases, requiring you to either complete cases first, or solve cases during the dates themselves.
And if you’re curious, there’s no real punishment or penalty for dꦓating multiple girls. There’s some text that tries to make you feel bad for cheating, but the girls never seem to mind. And these are just dates, so don’t go hiring any wedding planners just yet.
5 🌟Complete Everyt𝔉hing On The KamuroGo List
Judgment comes with a feature called the KamuroGo app that shows you 🔥two different mission types: City Missions and Shop Missions. These are basically simple side quests or mini objectives that encourage you to fully explore the game’s world. Completing these objectives will grant you SP, but there are also some fun experiences to be found.
Some of these objectives are as simple as order a certain amount of food from restaurants or talk to the people of Kamurocho. Others are more difficult, like deꦑfeating 300 enemies during an EX Boost or win 30,000 chips in blackjack.
4 🌄 Hang Out At The Arcad𝓀e
Like previous Yakuza games, Judgment features an arcade for you to spend your time (and money) in, playing real-life ꦫarcade games from Sega’s past. Aside from letting you kill time, these are actually a great way of playing these old games – they’re in full HD or 4K and you play them for free (or at l🍃east not real-world currency).
There are six games in total. Classics like Puyo Puyo and Space Harrier and there, as well as underrated titles like Fantasy Zone and Motor Raid. The recent PlayStation 5 version even has an exclusive game – OutRun. Sorry, no 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Sonic the Hedgehog here.
3 Play A Game Of Mahjon♏g ꦏ
Mahjong is a hugely popula💖r game in East and Southeast Asia, so it makes sense it’d be present in the Yakuza series. If you don’t know how to play, it can be intimidating – there are several variants of Mahjong, each with wildly different rules and confusing hand names.
There are two similar versions of Mahjong in Judgment: Riichi and Wareme. The Riichi version can be played at any time, but Wareme can only be played after completing it once Friendship Missions are unloc🐟ked and you finish a game of Riichi, at which point Yurika Tachibana will approach you and as for a game of Wareme.
2 🅠 Beat All Four Keihin Gang Leaders 🃏
The Keihin Gang and the related Threat Level mechanic are brilliant becaus👍e it adds a level of chaos and fear to Judgment. Starting in Chapter 4, the Keihin Gang starts showing up around the city, and you get a “Threat Level” meter. The Gang will start chasing you, and once your Threat Level reaches a certain point, one of the four leaders will come for you themselves.
The leaders are Renji Honda, Kenta Kasai, Kaito Sakakiba, and Matsuhisa Koga. Some of them have to be beaten in combat to complete side cases, but not all of them. However, now that you’ve completed the game, it’s a good time t✤o finish cleaning up the streets and take these leaders down.
1 ಞ ✨ Go For A Walk
This may sound silly, but one of the best things you can do in a detailed game like Judgment is to simply go for a walk. Unlike other games with massive open world sandboxes, Judgment and the Yakuza games are smaller, allowing them to be 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:more detailed and complex. This means there’s more to do and see.
The updated Play♉Station 5 version in particular looks gorgeous. Judgment is a good-looking game, and Kamurocho is as beautiful as ever. Walking around the city as the sun sets and people take to the streets and enjoy themselves is a great feeling, especially these days when you can’t necessarily go for a stroll 🌠in real life.
