We’re not about to sit here and say that a game about running a park filled with dinosaurs makes any sense. Of course, the entire premise of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Jurassic World Evolution 2 is, in itself, a tad nonsensical. However, that’s not what we’re talking about when we say there are t൲hings in this game that make absolutely no se🔯nse whatsoever.

From invisible walls protecting dinosaurs to turning a park simulator game into a third-person shooter, there’s a lot in this brilliant game that makes no sense. While of course all of these things are a little weird, we can’t help but feel they add a little charm to what is easily 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:one of the ⛎best simulator games on Xbox Game Pass.

7 The Voice Acting ཧ 🍰

Jurassic-World-Evolution-2

The voice acting in Jurassic World Evolution 2 is actually very good. From Bryce Dallas Howard and Jeff Goldblum returning to reprise their iconic roles to just some top-notch acting for the side characters, you can expect to be immersed in the game&rsqu🐽o;s core story mode for the most part. However, there’s just one character whose voice acting simply doesn&rsq♚uo;t make any sense, Owen Grady.

If you’ve played Jurassic World Evolution 2 - or the original for that matter - then you may have noticed that Chris Pratt does not play one of his most iconic roles. Whereas BD Wong, Bryce Dallas Howard and Jeff Goldblum are all present and accounted for, Chris Pratt is nowhere to be seen. It’s not as if A.J. LoCascio does a bad job either. He’sꩲ a great voice actor. It’s just odd to hear𝕴 anyone but Chris Pratt as the character.

6 Invisible Walls And Trees ඣ

So, you’re driving around in your Ranger jeep and heading to survey some dinosaurs. This is perhaps the umpteenth time you’ve taken control, driven into their pen and watched them 𓂃prance. How about, instead of taking care of the dinosaurs, you just dri💖ve straight into them. Why not? It sounds fun; cause as much carnage as possible and see how far you can push them. We’re not weird, honest, we just like chaos.

Unfortunately, in Jurassic World Evolution 2 you cannot hit dinosaurs with your car. It’s a shame, we know, but it’s the truth. Instead, you’ll bounce off on an invisible wall, your jeep pushed to its limits as it desperately tries to bonk the dino’s legs with its bonnet. Alas, no matter how hard you try, you’ll never hit them. Fear not though, you can drive straight through trees to your heart's content. They&r♋squo;re practically nonexistent in the world of Jurassic World Evolution 2, for some reason.

5 ღ Park Boundღaries

a wide shot of a lush and verdant park in Jurassic World Evolution 2 surrounded by trees, water and mountains

When you’re dropped into your first scenario in Jurassic World Evolution 2, you may see a vast and verdant landscape filled with trees, grass, dinosaurs and best of all, potential. There is so much land for you to build on, so many cages for you to trap dinosaurs in, and so many trees to chop dowꦅn just so you can build prettier scenery. It’s perfect! You’re like the orcs of Isengard. Unfortunately, you’ll quickly realise that there are park boundaries and a limit to how m൲uch you can build.

Of course, this makes sense from a technical standpoint. It’s unreasonable to expect the game to allow you to build on all of that space. In fact, you’ll still get a lot of space to build on, which is just one of the many reasons it's 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:such a compelling game for dinosaur f𝔉ans. However, the majority of this extra room is window dressing, or occasionally space for you to drive around in taking pictures of dinosaurs like you’re David Attenborough. From an in-universe standpoint, it makes literally no sense. Why wouldn’t you capitalize on ⛦all of this free real estate?

4 🐬 Call Of Dino ♒

One of the best and most unique mechanics in Jurassic World Evolution 2 is the ability to control your jeeps and helicopters. You can whizz them around your glorious park, narrowly missing employees and visitors, as you do a handful of donuts in the parking lot or right next to some unamused dinosaurs. However, by far the best use of this possession ability is to change the game from a park simulator to a third-person shooter.

That’s right, if you simply take control of your helicopter, you can turn Jurassic World Evolution 2 into Call of Dino. From atop your helicopter, you can spray dinosaurs with tranquilizer darts to 🦄your heart’s content. Sure, it’s a lot less accurate than just ordering the helicopter to do it itself - it takes way more time and feels completely out of place within the game. But it’s just so muchꦗ fun. Go to sleep dinosaurs, go to sleep!

3 Driving With🎃 Dinos

Throughout a lot of Jurassic World Evolution 2’s campaign, the characters will insist that not all dinosaurs are bad. Some of them are just misunderstood, and just want to hang about eating fruit all day. However, regardless of whether or not they’re a lawyer-chomping T-Rex or a 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:harmless adorable herbivore, driving around with them seems like a terrible idea.

In order to scan dinosaurs, snap pictures of them, or practically do any maintenance around them whatsoꦫever, you’ll have to send out a ranger jeep. However, this seems like the most unsafe way of doing any of this and is almost guaranteed to get someone killed. Surely there’s a safer, less deadly way of maintaining the park, without literally driving by enormous dinosaurs? Their feet are the size of a car! One step too far, and𝓡 they’ll crush everyone inside. Who signed off on this awful decision?

2 Where Is The Secur꧒ity?

a mid shot of a dinosaur from Jurassic World Evolution 2 with its mouth wide open roaring with tropical trees and a mountain in the background

Running a park intended to keep dinosaurs inside and contained at all times is not easy. On numerous occasions they’ll break out and rampage across the park, eating anything that gets in their way. It’s an inconvenience for sure, as it takes a decent amount of time to fly around tranquilizing any that have gotten out of hand. However, it be♚gs the question of why there isn’t more security on the ground ready forꦅ just such an occasion?

A security division is mentioned multiple times, but you never see them beyond the one poor person who’s stuck shooting dinosaurs from the sky. Other than that one person, who’s the line of defense between the dinosaurs and everyone in your park? There honestly seems to be no one, and that leads to some seriously deadly incidents. It’s just baffling that💫 the security in a park literally designed to contain dinosaurs isn’t higher. Just saying.

1 Why Are Yꦫou⭕ In Charge?

welcome to jurassic park

Often we’ll contemplate our lives and purpose in the world. Why are we here, just to suffer? Sorry, we couldn’t help ourselves. In Jurassic World Evolution 2, it’s just taken for granted that you’re in charge and responsible for literally everything that happens in theಞ park. You control the finances and the decision-making with regard to which buildings are constructed and where. You can even literally drive around doing all the surveying and shooting should you choose.

However, we can’t help but ask why? Who put us in charge? Why do we control absolutely every aspect? Is there no one else around to help us? Of course, after a while, you just have to suspend your disbelief and accept the responsibility thrust upon you. But for someon꧑e who never speaks, controls all things, and has absolute power - oops, looks like we accidentally let all the dinosaurs out - they really should have a contingency plan in place. A dinosaur would be better suited to run the park than us in all honesty.
