For the geriatric, living out their golden years in peace and quiet is a place in life that many hope to reach. That life is possible in the Just Die Already, but it will just come with a bloodbath of epic proportions.
Looking similar in design to something like Guts & Glory, Just Die Already is a game from the Ibrisagic's DoubleMoos💫e development team that focuses on the brutal side of being an old person trying to get into the World's Nicest Retirement Home. In order to secure a spot at the retirement home, players will need to take on challenges and other players in an open-world city that’s "filled to the brim with crazy tools and contraptions” to be used at their disposal.
Judging from the gameplay trailer, players are in for a g𝓡oofy, c😼haotic, and gory good time. Just Die Already’s senior citizens seem pretty nimble for their age, being able to scale walls, use massive rocket launchers (while missing legs), riding jet skis, swinging lightsabers, and taking on giant, freshly-showered, naked men (for whatever reason). Apparently, it turns out that Grandma and Grandpa were more cunning and bloodthirsty than we ꦑever thought.
Just Die Already is slated for release this sumꦇmer on Steam, with a playable demo drop💟ping sometime before its release.
