Hideki Kamiya of Platinum Games promises that we'll get more details on Bayonetta 3 sometime soon. Hopefully.
It's been well over 2 years since the last time we heard about Bayonetta 3. We know that it's in development since the anꦛnouncement trailer dropped at 2017's The Game Awards, also revealing that it would be a Nintendo Switch exclusive title (at least to start)ಌ. But since then it's been radio silence.
In this week's issue of Famitsu, Kamiya and producer Atsushi Inaba did an interview where they mostly talked about the release of the Bayonetta & Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle for the PS4 and Xbox One, but Kamiya did mention a few things about Bayonetta 3.
First, Kamiya said that he does listen to social media and is aware that there are lots of anxious fans eagerly awaiting even the tiniest scrap of news. For them, he said that development on 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Bayonetta 3 is proceeding smoothly.
Second, he referred back to the 2017 trailer and revealed that there are still hidden pieces of info that have yet to be uncovered. We're not sure what that could be as the trailer is less than a minute long and mostly features 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Bayonetta shooting at some unknown assailant. Then her high-heels fall to the ground along with her signature pi🅷stols.
Bayonetta is wearing her original costume, so perhaps Bayonetta will be a prequel rather than a sequel to Bayonetta 2?
Tragically, Kamiya did make clear that he wouldn’t have any other official announcements to make on Bayonetta 3 as that would be Nintendo’s job. So the surprise announ🐠cement that will be coming in n🌳ext week’s issue of Famitsu will likely not be Bayonetta-related and instead will be about one of Platinum’s unannounc𓄧ed self-published projects. Probably.
In the meantime, the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Wonderful 101 Kickstarter is fully funded and is now sitting comfortably at well over $1.5 million. Hopefully we won’t have to𝓀 wait three y🐼ears for more news on that game too.
