Meditation Spots are blue circles on the ground that Kena can meditate at to raise her overall health. Although around half of them will come after defeating a boss, there are still a fair few that are hidden throughout the environment for you to find. Finding and interacting with all 12 spots will get you the “Zen Master” trophy, so it’s well worth doing.

It’s important to note that Kena will not keep track of these Meditation Spots, with the only real indication being how high your health is, or if you see the trophy pop. The last Meditation Spot can also be a little tricky, but we’ll detailꦫ that further down.

Meditation Spot 1

MeditationSpot1Map

The first Meditation Spot that you’re likely to find in Kena is in Rusu Mountain. After getting the Bow from Rusu, you’ll need to head back down the mountain. After sliding down a hill, you’ll reach an area with a drawbridge, which you’ll need to shoot it down. After this, you’re expected to go to the left, but you’re going to want to jump to the right and across a gap.

MeditationPoint1

After jumping over to another platform, you can aim up to see one of the first grapple flowers in the game. Shoot it to sling over to the other side, where you’ll see ✃the Meditation Spot waiting fo♛r you.

Meditation Spot 2

MeditationSpot2Map

Thankfully, this Meditation Spot is only slightly off the beaten path. When completing the “Taro’s Regret” quest, you’ll find yourself trying to clear the corruption in the Lantern Cave. You’ll reach a point where you can sho𝐆ot crystals lodged in the trees to spawn a Spirit Tear to clear the corruption.

MeditationSpot2

Once you’ve got the Spirit Tear, use it and direct it to the left towards the cliff. Clear the corruption here to find another⛄ Meditation Spot.

Meditation Spot 3

MeditationPoint4

The third Meditation Spot requires a bit more exploration and can be found in the Forgotten Forest. Spawn in at the Sacred Tree shrine and follow the path on the left. 🍸Jump over a log until you reach a little briꦍdge you can cross.

MeditationSpot4

Cross the bridge and then turn left to look upstream. Follow the stream until you reach a rock and a small blue crystal that you can shoot. Shoot it to raise some rocks to jump across, which will lead you to this Meditation Spot.

Meditation Spot 4

MeditationSpot4Map

You’ll unlock this Meditation Spot at Taro’s Tree after completing his quest. Once you’ve defeated Corrupted Taro, the Mediation Spot will spawn right in front of you.

MeditationSpot4-1

This is the case with every important boss in the game, and they make up nearly half of all the Meditation Spots in the game. If you miss it the first time around, simply spawn in at Taro's Tree.

Meditation Spot 5

MeditationSpot5Map

This Meditation Spot is the first one you’ll find in the Fields, and it’s thankfully pretty close to some story objectives. This Spot can be found near the Tower Entrance, after following the path to the right of the Tower. 🏅Use bombs on some rocks near where the Corrupted Ox lies to create a path into the Tower.

Follow the stairs towards the back of the Tower, where you’ll be tasked with opening up the floor beneath you to get into the tower. That’s the story objective anyway, but what you’re going to want to do is head straight to the edge of the cliff.

MeditationSpot5

You’ll see a white ledge indicating that you can climb it. After climbing it, head forward to the Meditation Spot overlooking the sea.

Meditation Spot 6

MeditationSpot6Map

Meditation Spot six is arguably one of the harder ones to find in Kena. Spawn in at the Village Heart Entrance and head to the left, towards the end of a cliff with a tree on it. Fun fact — you can find a Spirit Mail by going to the right here, ꦚinstead of the left.

MeditationSpot6

In this case, you’ll want to take a left once you’ve reached the end of the cliff. Use the Rot to clear the corruption, and then use a Bomb to raise the rocks beneath you as a platform. Jump over to the o𓆉ther side to find another Meditation Spot.

Meditation Spot 7

MeditationSpot7Map

This Spot can be found right at the top of the Forge. You’ll be instructed to use the Rot to lower you on an elevator, but instead, go to the right and inside the housing area. You’ll see an🍒 axe and woodsmith tools 𝄹on the wall to indicate you’re in the right place.

MeditationSpot7

From the wall, look behind you to find a climbable ledge. Follow the ledge around and then jump from the higher spot into the hole in the roof. The Meditation Spot will be inside the cabin.

Meditation Spot 8

MeditationSpot8Map

This Spot will appear once you’ve defeated the Corrupted Woodsmith boss battle. The game will then spawn you near the Tower Entrance, which is where the Meditatio꧃n Spot can be found.

MeditationSpot8

If you miss it the first time, simply spawn in at the Tower Entrance to find it directly on the floor.

Meditation Spot 9

MeditationSpot9Map

We’re at the point now where the last few Meꩵditation Spots will all be spawned a❀fter completing one of Toshi’s Paths.

MeditationSpot9

The first Meditation Spot can be found after completing the Warrior Path. After defeating the Warrior, it’ll appear on the ground in front of you. If you miss it the first time, spawn at the Warrior Path shrine and go forwards a bit.

Meditation Spot 10

MeditationSpot10Map

This Meditation Spot can be found after completing the Hunter’s Path. Defeat the Hunte🐟r in battle, and it’ll appear on the floor in front of you after t🔯he cutscene.

MeditationSpot10

If you miss it the first time, simply spawn in at the Hunter Path shrine to find it again.

Meditation Spot 11

MeditationSpot11

The final boss-related Meditation Spot can be found after completing the Mask Maker Path. Defeat the boss he▨re to unlock the Meditation Spot, which is found overlooking the cliff.

MeditationSpot11Real

If you miss it the first time, spawn at the Mask Maker Path and head back up the stairs and towards the cliff. This one is slightly more ღmissable than the others since it doesn’t spawn right in front of you after beating the boss.

Meditation Spot 12

MeditationSpot12Map

The final Meditation Spot might take you some time to work out if you don’t find all of the spots by the end of the game. After defeating the final boss, you’ll be taken to the top of the Mountain Shrine, for the “Letting Go” quest.

MeditationSpot12

To finish the game, you’ll need to meditate one more time. Despite not counting towards your health, this game-ending point is actually the last Meditation Spot. If you beat the game and then come back to find the other spots,🦄 you’ll have to trigger this one again to coun🐻t it towards your goal.
