It's the central hub that ties everywhere together, the place where you lay the masks of those spirits you've helped pass on. As such, you'll be coming here a lot, and not everything can be grabbed in one go.

Where To Get The Clover Hat
The Clover hat isn't too hard to find. It can be found in the center of the village (the small circular part on the map) in a chest.
Where To Get The Pot Hat
The Pot hat is also incredibly easy to discover. It's located just by the hat shop in the village within a chest.
Where To Get The Yellow Mushroom Hat
After visiting the Mask Shrine and speaking to the old man, you'll get a mask that opens a new path. Following it, you'll come across a house on the right. Use your Rot to move a barrel to a circular spot on the ground.
Climb it and you'll be able to jump through a hole in the roof. Once inside, you'll find some mail. Head across the street and deliver the message. Once in, fight some monsters so that the corruption fades away.
Now, head inside the newly opened house and you'll see a chest. Open꧟ it and voila, there's the Yellow Mushroom hat.
Where To Get The Ladybug Hat
After you return from Taro's Tree, Forgotten Forest, and Rusu Mountain, you should have some mail to deliver. One of these houses - found on the right as you come out of the entrance to Taro's Tree - can be cleansed once the barrier is lifted, revealing a chest around the back with this hat in it.

Once you've purified the corruption in th♔e village center, you'll get this little hat to celebrate.
Where To Get The Unicorn Hat
There's a larger, circular home that you can deliver mail to just south of the town center. Inside are three cursed chests. The final one that you can open has this hat ins🥂ide.
Where To Get The Dinosaur Hat
After freeing Taro's spirit, you'll be tasked with helping another, opening up a large expanse for the village. A lot of it is locked away behind mail yet to be delivered, but on the main path, y♍ou'll find three pedestals for owl statues. Gather all three🌠 of these owl statues, return them to their proper place, and you'll get a new hat.
Where To Get The Cat Hat
Before entering Storehouse - after freeing Taro's spirit - 𒊎take a le🤪ft at the end of the bridge. Follow this path and you'll get the Cat mask.
Where To Get The Frog Hat
When you've returned from Fields, you can deliver a bunch of mail to the village. One doorway that this opens can be found at the bottom of the map, left of the entry road.
Slay some monsters when you enter and cleanse the area. When things are back to normal, shoot the crystals by the pond and you'll get a rot and Frog hat.
