How To Win At Dice

Two players playing dice in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, with a table.

There are a few things to focus on when playing dice if you're trying to win. First of all, using alternate dice and badges will help, but🐽 those won't be introd🦂uced to you until later in the game.

When rolling standard dice, you should avoid scoring single fives. Ones are fine to save, as you'll slowly rack up score 100 at a time. If you roll a one, save it and roll the rest of the dice again to give you a good chance of a multiple still.

Since sequential rolls are hard, try and aim for three of a kind or better, as that'll get you score very quickly. But don't ignore single ones. It's certainly possible to win with single ones rolle🌳d.

Alternate Dice Explained

Different dice in a table in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Throughout the game, you will find alternate dice, each of which has a particular effect. They might be weighted to roll certain numbe𒐪rs, or help you out in othe♐r ways.

Alone, they're often not that useful, but get multiple that have the same effect and you'll be able to rack up score quickly. Before starting a match, you'll be able to switch standard dice out for spe🌱cial dice you have in your inventory.

How Badges Work In Dice And How To Get Gold Badge

Badges in the inventory in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Badges are another feature that change the game significantly. You can use one badge in a game, should you choose a match type involving them, and♏ they do things like boost your score or let you roll certain dice more than once. They allow you to get a leg up on the opposition.

Both players have to have a badge of the same level -𝐆 tin, silver or gold - and you will often 🔜lose the badge as part of the wager.

There's a trophy/achievement you can unlock for getting a gold badge. The easiest to get is the Gold Wedding Badge, which is earning by winning the ♏three matches at the wedding ceremony in Semine.
