The company will be giving its employees a 23 percent pay increase according to a recently released on the matter. This comes in the wake of its main competitors, Capcom and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Bandai Namco, making similar announcements earlier this year.

The move will ha♑ve workers earning approx🌊imately $539 more each month on average. Koei Tecmo also noted that newly hired graduates will be taking home an extra $436, bringing their starting salary to a total of around $2,260. In addition to raising the base salaries of its workers, the company also plans to introduce a new system of bonuses based on performance.

This comes in the wake of news that Koei Tecmo saw “favorable” performance last year and expects to meet ♋or exceed its targets for profitability in the future. While the pay increase wi𒉰ll be introduced in June, workers will be paid retroactively from April.

“We are implementing these measures in order to reward our employees for their efforts and to create a better working environment for their further growth,” Koei Tecmo pointed out. “Based on the belief that human resources are the most important asset of the groupꦅ, we have long been working on measures toꦕ improve the job satisfaction of our employees.”

Koei Tecmo expܫlained that it wants to "improve the motivation" of its workers. "The ratio of base salary to annual salary will be greatly increased for regular employees of domestic group companies and the starting sal﷽ary for new graduates will be greatly increased,” the company pointed out. “We have decided to raise the number of employees and pay special bonuses.”

Capcom and Bandai Namco just raised the base salaries of their workers by as much as 30 percent. While the former announced that it plans to establish a “relationship of trust with employees and stakeholders,” the latter took the measure in order to &ldquo🌜;increase employee autonomy and creativity.”
