Muenzuka Burial Ground is another one of Kunitsu-Gami: Path Of The Goddess's big gameplay shakeups. In a lot of ways, it🃏 is a reversal of the Enri Village stage; instead of needing to lean exclusivel🍸y on your villagers, you'll need to do without them.

Kunitsu-꧒Gami: Path Of The Goddess 🔥- Adashino Village Walkthrough
The Adashino Village mission in Kunitsu-Gami: Path Of The Goddess adds some powerful new e♈nemies and gimmicks. Here's a guide to conquer them all.
This guide will take you through both sections of the stage, outline the enemies you will encounter, and help you complete all the bonus objectives. With our guidance, you can get everything done in𝕴 one shot and avoid having to repeat this tricky trial.
Muenzuka Burial Ground Preparation
To start things off, there are no villagers present in this stage. That means you will need to face off against all the Seethe alone. That means that if you have any Mazo Talismans that strengthen villagers equipped you need to replace them. Crow-Billed Tengu is great for helping you think out the hordes of flying enemies. The real stars of the show here are the Sacred Tamagushi and the Esteemed Craftsman talismans.
The crystals you accumulate during this stage serve no purpose as you have no villagers to upgrade, but if you have that Sacred Tamagushi equipped, they will make Soh hit like a truck. As for the Esteemed Craftsman talisman, it helps you build traps and barriers faster, which is so incredibly important for controlling the stage.
Finally, if you want to get to the chests on this stage, you will need to have the Butterfly Shot unlocked and equipped.
Muenzuka Burial Ground Defilement Locations
The location of the Defilements in the first area is pretty straightforward. There are three paths, the path on your left has one Defilement, the central path has three defilements, and the path on the right has two Defilements. There is a Defilement at the beginning of the left path (1/6), head toward the main Torii gate, and take the first right you can, there is another Defilement in the center path on your right (2/6). Keep heading toward the Torri gate, at the end of the center path there is another Defilement on your left (3/6), then you'll see another one right next to the Torii gate (4/6). Finally, head back to the beginning of the stage via the right path, and you'll find a Defilement on both ends of it (5/6 and 6/6)
As for the second section, there is a Defilement on your left and on your right the moment you enter into the second area (1/8 and 2/8). If you follow the raised stone path left of the center, you'll find three Defilments lining the walls leading up to the Torii gate (3/8, 4/8, 5/8). There is another Defilement in the central area where all the paths meet (6/8), another on your right heading down the stairs (7/8), and another on the left going up the stairs (8/8).
Muenzuka Burial Ground Traps And Barrier Locations
When you start the stage, you'll likely notice that there are a number of fully functional traps already scattered around the area. In addition to those, there is a trap at the end of the right path in need of repair (in front of the Torii gate), two traps on the left path in need of repair, and a barrier on the left path that can be repaired. If you have the Esteemed Craftsman Mazo Talisman equipped, you will be able to repair the Barrier and all the traps before night falls.
Once you enter into the second area, you'll find that all the available traps and barriers need repairing. Along the main path you will find a barrier, followed by a trap, and then just before the Torii gate you'll find one more trap. There is also a barrier to your left at the section of the main path that opens up, and a trap to your😼 right. Both of thes♉e will block the left and right Seethe paths.
Treasure Chest Location
There are two chests in the Muenzuka Burial Ground. The first is found in the first part of the stage. It will be up above, on a large stone pillar, on the left path. With the Butterfly Shot equipped, charge your bow, and aim for the target next to the chest. You will be rewarded with crystals.
The next chest is in the second part of the stage and is similarly on the left side. Just hug the left wall and travel toward the primary Torii gate. Partway down, you will turn a corner (there is a Defilement here). Up above is the chest. Use your Butterfly Shot, the same way you did with the first chest, to get up here and acquire more cr🌠ystals.
Muenzuka Burial Ground Seethe
You will be encountering a healthy swath of Seethe in Muenzuka Burial Ground. The ༺first section is almost entirely Gaki, Gakinyudo, and Hitoban (the weak flying guys). However, the projectile-spitting Shibakaki and the self-destructing Hozukime will also show up here and there.
The second stretch will include all the same Seethe, but you'll now come up against the formidable💝 Shokera, and the massive Daigaki. We also encountered a few Shinikua Zamurai (ꦗthe slow-moving, yet fearsome swordsmen), and the giant projectile-tossing Gotaimen. Needless to say, it is a packed roster!
Muenzuka Burial Ground Overview - Part 1
So, the Seethe will primarily be funneling out of the central path, but there are also Torii gates in the left and the right corners of the map that Seethe will approach from. You can carve the spirit path so that it travels right down the center of the map, or so that it travels around the left side. Both paths work well enough, as the Seethe you will be fighting are relatively weak, but I'd say stick to the left path. That way, Yoshiro will be close to the basin, making🎀 it easier to buff Soh u🐷p if the Seethe are starting to gain too much ground (this allows the Chozusha Basin to act as a panic button of sorts).
The primary focus of the day section should be making sure you get as much repaired as possible. Absolutely have the Esteemed Craftsman Mazo Talisman equipped. You are just making your life harder if you don't. Once the night comes, Yoshiro will have ma🧸de it around halfway down your chosen path. From here, it is simply a matter of keeping a very close eye on the map and being aware of where the Seethe are approaching from.
You should have traps blocking off all three paths, but we're going to try to head the Seethe off before they reach traps. The traps are for emergencies, and the best way to make sure Yo🐲shiro doesn't take any damage is to keep those traps healthy.
Muenzuka Burial Ground Overview - Part 2
The second section of the stage is more straightforward. There is no forking path, it is just a straight shot to the Torii gate. Like in the first section, there is a central Torii gate, a smaller one to the left of it, and another to the right of it. However, there is also a small Torii gate to the left of where you enter into this section. If you didn't hold Yoshiro back during the first part of the Muenzuka Burial Ground, she'll be right beside that Torii gate. Thankfully, it only produces the weaker Seethe (primarily Gaki), and she'll activate a spirit barrier which will help kill Seethe that get too ꧟close to her.
When you first♕ enter into this section, order the carpenter to repair the barrier nearest to the entrance. He won't have enough time to complete the repair, but it will give him a head start.
Once night comes, stick close to Yoshiro. You'll want to protect her from the Seethe coming out of that opening right beside her. Let the rest of the Seethe come to you. They'll have to travel a fair distance before they can reach you, as all the other Torii gates are on the other side of the map. You will probably want to use one of your Tsuba Guard attacks on the Shokera that will spawn early to๊ get them out๊ of the way as quickly as possible, but before you do that, try to get a few Perfect Guard attempts off (as one of your optional objectives is to perform three Perfect Guards against the Shokera).
How much time you spend messing around💃 with the Shokera will depend on how many Seethe there are around you and how effectively you have managed them. You can potentially complete two optional objectives here by Perfect Guarding three times and killing them with a Counterattack.
Additionally, you'll have to deal with a fairly large number of Hitoban, flying in fairly dense groups. Having the explosive bow shot equipped is great for taking care of them, but if you want to get the Treasure Chests in this stage, you'll need to have the butterfly Shot equipped. Thankfully, you can use Soh's uppercut Oka Dance attack to clear them out pretty effectively as well. The Chozusha Basin is near the entrance, so once a large number of Seethe have starte🅺d to pool in front of the narrow path that will lead them to Yoshiro, you can use that basin💃 to give Soh a massive buff and clear out Seethe once they have accumulated on the path.
Once the day comes again, have Yoshiro dance her way to the clearing. This is a dangerous position, as you will have Seethe attacking you from every direction, but it won't be too bad as long as you ensure the barrier in front of the stairs to the left is repaired as well as the trap nearest the main Torii gate and the trap in front of the steps on your right. Once again, all of this can be done in one day if you have that Esteemed Craftsman talisman equipped.
You may be tempted to hold Yoshiro back, behind the trap just before the clearing, but if you do this you'll have to spend an extra night fighting🐷 off the Seethe.
Just before night comes, head to the basin. Start the night by getting that buff. You may find you are too entrenched later, once all the Seethe start piling in, to make it safely back here. So💧, you may as well begin the stage with the buff and take out some of the tougher Seethe that will appear early on (typically a Daigaki appears early in the night).
The biggest threat you'll find during the third night are the Shibakaki (the projectile spitting Seethe), that will come out of the path on the left. The Shibakaki like to get a high vantage point, and fire from above. They will be able to hit Yoshiro from that vantage point, and since there is a reward for her not taking any damage, that would be bad news. Pause often and look at your map. You need to make sure you keep the Seethe coming out of that🌳 left path in check.
Beyond that, the Seethe coming out of the right path will get stuck in the trap, and can be easily killed by using the nearby cannon, while any Seethe coming from the gate near the entrance of the stage will have quite a large amount of space to cover before they can reach Yoshiro, making them less of a threat. As long as you stay on top of defeating the tougher Seethe traveling out of the central Torii gate, and keep on top of the Seethe coming at you from the left side, you should be fine.
Asꦉ I suggested in the first part of this stage, you should do🦂 your best to kill Seethe before they enter into the traps.
Muenzuka Burial Ground Bonus Objectives
Muenzuka Burial Ground has thr🍸ee bonus objectives. We've outlined how to complete all three down below...
- Defeat 1 Shokera with Soh's Counterattack skill - The only trick to this is you will need to make sure you have the Shokera on death's door before you perform the Counterattack. Completing this objective will give you the Straw Post Mazo Talisman.
- Use Soh's Perfect Guard skill against Shokera attacks 3 times - The Shokera has fairly deceptive attack patterns. However, every Shokera you will encounter comes from the central gate in the second section of the stage. So, you can lure them into the nearby trap, which will slow them down in order to more easily nail those Perfect Guards. Additionally, the Clairvoyance Mazo Talisman will make the Perfect Guard much easier to hit. Complete this objective to get 10 Musubi.
- Don't let Yoshiro receive any damage - This one can be a bit tricky, especially with the Shibakaki in the second stage firing projectiles from above. If you fail this objective the first time around, come back again once you have the Faultless Mazo Talisman, as it will give Yoshiro invincibility every time Soh uses the Chozusha Basin. This will make your life a lot easier. Complete this objective to get 10 Musubi.
