We had the best luck at The Upper Temple, as there are three Diamond Matron spawns close to the waypoint.
Upper Temple Farming Spots
There are three spawn points for Diamond Matrons in the Upper Temple, highlighted on the map above.
You can race through these three spots quickly if you're at a high level, and you can rinse and repeat the level by resetting it - just teleport to another waypoint, and then back into the Upper Temple. This will reset the map.
Circle Of Fortune
This should make the Circle Of Fortune Prophecies for defeating Diamond Matrons much easier.
We found that trying to hunt down Diamond Matrons in Monoliths took a long time, and that's fine if you just want to passively complete a Prophecy - but if you're trying to target a specific reward and rush there qui♎ckly, it's bet﷽ter to farm the Matrons in the Upper Temple.
In some cases, the Prophecy will have a condition that Diamond Matrons must be slain in Monoliths - so you will have to try your luck in The Age Of Winter, The Stolen Lance, Ending The Storm, and Reign Of Dragons. There is no way to guarantee that Diamond Matrons spawn in any of these Echoes, ⭕so you will have to explore the map as normal and hope for a spawn.
