Despite an obvious increase and evolvement to Ellie's character, Dina provides a lot of iconic moments throughout the game and is beneficial to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the game's major success. These are her best.
10 🐠 "Are yoꦓu going with her?" - " Yeah"
Despite not being the biggest speaking part on Dina's behalf, it says a lot more than words coul⭕d ever say. Maria approaches Ellie to say that Tommy has gone off in search of finding Abby, leaving her only a note asking Ellie to not go after him. Regardless of the note, Maria says to Ellie that she'd rather her not go but knows her better anyway.
Turning to Dina, Maria simply says, "You going with her?" ⛎It was most definitely a rhetorical question but Dina answers regardless. It is without a doubt that these two are inseparable and this is shown through Maria instantly assuming that😼 where Ellie goes, Dina goes. Funnily enough, she says exactly this to Ellie at Joel's grave.
9 "We'r♉e Don🤡e With That, So..."
In a scene between Ellie, Tommy, and Dina, Tommy arrives at the farm with the hope that he can convince Ellie to seek Abby after a sighting. Dina speaks on behalf of Ellie to tell Tommy, in other words, th꧅at they're not interested in that kind of thing anymore. Dina's words create quite an angered Tommy, to say the least, as he says a few things that hit close to home.
Dina, with other priorities now, such as her child, does not want to get involved with any more drama, and for obvious reasons. She and Ellie have a somewhat normal life and in a post-apocalyptic world, that's not easily done. After Tommy has a harsh discussion with Ellie, Dina proceeds to follow Tommy outside with an argumentative tone, telling him, "God dammit Tommy! You know what we've been through."
8 💖 "I Donඣ't Believe In Luck." - "I Do."
After gifting Ellie a bracelet, Dina tells her that it's for good luck. Ellie replies to this to say that she doesn't believe🐬 in luck. Thi𒆙s small sentimental gift that was from Dina's wrist comes soon after Ellie convinces Dina to stay behind in the theatre when her pregnancy sickness is overwhelming her.
Whether it's luck or pure skill that got Ellie through all of the long treks, clearing off herds of infected, and taking down Abby's friends, she was bound to succeed in one way or another. The two briefly sh🤪are a kiss before Ellie walks away f𝓀rom the theatre, leaving Dina alone.
7 "How Would You Rate Our Kissᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ From Last Night?"
"Scale of one to ten. One being like absolute trash, and ten being life-altering..." - Dina
There is an obvious attraction between Ellie and Dina.🦂 We first see it in the scene where we're introduced to Jesse and Ellie describes that Dina kissed her, and then again, when we're introduced to Dina where there's an obvious attraction betwee🍷n herself and Ellie. The two first describe the kiss as a mistake but in this scene, they get high on a joint and get candid with one another.
This scene is specifically reminiscent as whilst Ellie and Dina are distracted with🦂 one another, getting high, Joel and Tommy go missing. We see this scene through Abby's perspective where the two save her from a huge herd of infected. And after realizi🌱ng who they are, Abby leads them to the Baldwin house to have their fate determined.
6 "Ellie, Your Mask!ꦡ Here, We Can Share Min🍬e."
After a run-in with a huge herd of infected, the glass on Ellie's mask is cracked too which Dina immediately acts upon by offering Ellie her own. If you didn't know, having a broken mask and breathing in spores would turn you into an infected. Howeve👍r, due to the fact that Ellie is immune, this wouldn't affect her. Ellie knows that by Dina sharing her own mask, she could die.
Acting quickly, Ellie quickly stops Dina from taking off her mask. This lets Dina see Ellie breathe in the spores, making her realize that she's truly immune. In an earlier scene throughout the game, Ellie got candid with Dina and told her the truth about her "chemical burn." Dina simp𓃲ly laughed as she didn't believe Ellie. Little did she know, she was actually telling the truth.
5 �ꦕ� "Hey, Ellie. Look At Me. It's Okay, You're Home. You're Home."
Ellie is left traumatized after having vivid nightmares🐈 of Joel during a scene in the barn when she's herding sheep. It leaves her screaming in fright as it overwhelms her and the guilt creeps in. Dina ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚcomes rushing in with an attempt to get Ellie back to the real world, assuring her that she's home.
Ellie slowly comes out of the trance with Dina's help and reassuring words but she's still left traumatized by the events. Despite any concerns that Dina might have about Ellie, she always tries to be reassuring for Ellie's benefit. She even describes that in a later scene that for her son and for ༒Ellie, she deals with it.
4 "You Go. I Go. End 💙Of Story."
It is safe to say that Dina and Ellie have been through a lot together. Staying side by side in 🤪a post-apocalyptic world isn't an easy task but you see these two together more often than noღt. It's definitely true that when Dina says wherever Ellie goes that she'll go.
Shortly after this scene, Maria approaches Ellie and Dina and asks them to bring Tommy home as he hunts ♒for Abby's whereabouts. Wit𒁃hout even hesitation, Dina agrees to go with Ellie on this journey despite the troubles that might lie ahead. At least we know that Dina is one to keep her word... Or is she?
3 "We Have A Family. She Doesn't Get To Be🉐 More Important Than That."
This is one of the most heartbreaking moments of the entire game and is such a pivotal moment for both Ellie and Dina. Ultimately, this is the decision where Ellie decides to finally pursue Abby, leaving Dina and her son behind. This is also the decision that makes Dina decide to leave Ellie and is als💫o one of t✨he very last things that we hear Dina say.
Despite all efforts to get her to stay, Ellie leaves. Once Ellie comes back from her travels, she comes back to the farm to discover that Dina has gone, only leaving Ellie's room full of her personal belongings. This is foreshadowed through Dina's quote, "So what? I'm supposed to sit here and wait for you, for god knows how long, just think you're f***ing dead the entire time?"
2 "Oh Ellie, I Think Tඣhey Should Be Terrified Of You." 🦹
They do say that drunk words are sober thoughts. And despite be♐ing drunk at the time of this scene, Dina and Ellie share a heartfelt and emotional moment as they get close to one another. Sharing their true feelings, Ellie says that everyone in the room is looking at Dina but Dina turns to say that they're all looking at Ellie.
W♎hoever the crowd was looking at, this heartfelt moment turned one quite sour as the two were labeled "Dykes" after sharing a kiss. Joel was instantly one to defend and Dina was awkwardly left in the middle as Ellie vocally told Joel in a crowd full of people that she didn't need his help. Joel was obviously saddened and walked off to leave Ellie and Dina togꦏether.
1 "Elli🐓e... I Think I'm Pregnant."
This is without a doubt the most memorable moment for Dina as it constructs the rest of her gameplay experience. Dina comes clean to Ellie to tell her that she thinks she's pregnant. This is undoubtedly a huge change to Ellie's plan.ꦛ She doesn't hold back as she tells Dina that she's a burden, even though Dina withheld from telling Ellie for t💯hat exact same reason.
Despite Dina thinking that she can help Ellie with her mission in seeking out Abby, she has to put a stop to her travels. She sits out most of the game and we see her mainly in the the🌠atre trying to rest up. That is until future scenes when Dina has given birth to Jesse's baby when she and Ellie are tryꦍing to live a somewhat normal life on the farm.
