Yara is a fascinating character, and she's best known for being the sister of Lev, who was one of the major characters in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Last of Us Part II. Although Lev had more interactions with Abby and other characters in the game, Yara also had her fair share of scenes that shined the spotlight on her💫.
Yara grew up with the Seraphites, which means that she has an interesting backstory that gives her a unique perspective on the world around her. Yara is a completely different character from all of the other characters that were introduced in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:The Last of Us universe so far, and there are a lot 🍃of things about her that players overlooked while playing through the game.
10 🐠 Yara Is 16 Years Old
Yara is 16ꦅ years old, and she's three years older than her brother Lev. Although it may not be immediately apparent what age Yara is based on dialogue, she d𒊎efinitely does seem around this age considering her emotional maturity and survival tactics that she displays within the game.
Yara may be young; however, in an apocalyptic world such as The Last of Us, ༒it seems that children and teenagers such as her are much more maꦚture than the average person of their age group.
9 Yara Used Her Last Breath To Kill Isaac ෴
During Yara's final scene where she is killed by the WLF, it isn't obvious that she kills Isaac. However, Yara actually does use her final breath to shoot Isaac, effectively killing him and saving Lev and Abby. Killing Isaac was a very heroic action to take.
Because of how the scene is portrayed,ꦕ it seems that Isaac could have been killed by multiple people; however, it is actually Yara that finishes this evil man off and saves Abby's life.
8 🌳 Yara Is Extremely Self-A🍃ware
Yara is much more self-aware than other 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Seraphites, and this is especially true when compared ⭕to her mother. Yara is able to a🤪cknowledge that what her people were doing was wrong, even though she was still generally young.
Yara's self-awareness only proves how interesting she is as a character when compared to some of the other 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:characters that have much less persoꦦnality in often make bad judgments based on little information, such as Lev. This trait is easily overlooked by a lot of players since Yara doesn't have as much dialogue when compared to some of the other characters in the g🤪ame.
7 🐓 Yar♔a Was Chosen By Her People To Become A Warrior For Her Village
Yara was selected to be a warrior for the Seraphites prior to the events of The Last of Us Part II, and this ♔is apparent due to a veryꦅ brief line of dialogue that a lot of players overlooked.
Yara doesn't seem to be as talented in combat situations as Lev is; however, she is able to hold her own. One of the reasons that players may not be aware of this is because Yara gets introduced and then immediately has her arm brutally damaged, meaning that she doesꦇn't get to have very many combat interactions in the game.
6 Yara Always Followed Seraphite Rules When She Was A Child ♎
Yara may be self-aware during the events of The Last of Us Part II; however, she would religiously follow the rules of the Seraphites when she was a child. There are many reasons that Yara may not have questioned the rules as ♊much꧅, including fear of what they would do to her and how strict they were in general.
It is also possible t♛hat Yara believed in their cause so religiously as a child that she was willing to follow the orders of her Elders so that she could become as devoted as they were.
5 🅠 📖 Yara Yelled At Lev When He Cut His Hair
Yara is very accepting of her brother Lev in the game; however, at one point,💧 she couldn't understand why he would have cut his hair and started going by a new name.
Yara even mentions th🦄at she may have hit Lev a few times after he cut his hair because she was so in shock of what he did. Considering how terribly the Seraphites ended up reacting to Lev and his true identity, it makes sense that Yara was s▨o reluctant to accept it at first since there would be grave consequences for Lev.
4 ꩲ Yara Wanted To Follow Owen To Santa Barbara
Yara had decided that she would follow Owen and Mel to Santa Barbara right before she followed Abby to th꧙e island and ended up dying. Unfortunately,෴ Lev ran off, and it set in motion a chain of events that would eventually lead to Yara's death, and their family to be completely broken up.
It was easy to miss this decision by Yara since it 🍰was another brief piece of dialogue; however, it goe😼s to show how intelligent Yara is since she would be leaving her people behind to start a completely new life, which even under the circumstances is incredibly hard.
3 Yara Isn't V🅷ery Devout To Seraphite Beliefs
Yara isn't as devout to the general tenants of the ideology ൩that she was born into compared to Lev and especially compared to her mother. Yara doesn't respect the Prophet in the same way that Lev does, and she believes that most of the actions that the Seraphites took in the game w♔ere harmful.
Yara only followed the rules when she was a child because she couldn't think for herself, however after becoming an adult and critically thinking about t🍸he ideology; she decided that it wasn't𝄹 worth it to believe in their misguided cause.
2 🐎 Yara Is The Only Major Character To Lose A Limꦕb
The Last of Us Part II takes place in a post-apocalyptic world that is full of suffering and pain. This world is incredibly complex, and players would expect that there would be at least a few characters in the story that would have lost limbs over the years, especially considering that it's a zombie apocalypse and amputating limbs to prevent the spread of infection is common in the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:zombie apocalypse genre.
However, Yara is the first character in The Last of Us series to lose a limb during a scene in the game, and this means that she has been through one of the greatest hardships especially considering that losing an arm in that world can be very𒆙 hard and make combat difficult.
1 🐈 Yara Doesn't Enjoy Fighting
Yara simply doesn't enjoy fighting and doesn't want to take part in it if it is unnecessary. This is shown by many of the actions that Yara takes during the game, and this trait may actually make her a more moral character than other characters such as Abby and Ellie.
Although Yara will engage in combat situations if she absolutely needs to, she doesn't have an interest ꧃in becoming a warrꦉior in the same way that Lev does. It can be easy to overlook how much Yara despises fighting if the player isn't paying close attention to her actions or dialogue.
