A leaked image suggests that a 200-player mode is coming to Warzone in both Battle Royale and Plunder modes.
Although the 'official' definition of a battle royale game is 100 players doing battle until one remains, different games have applied their own spin to the ge♈nre. Whether that be pairing players up into duos, trios, and more, or toying with the number of pꦍeople allowed to compete in each round.
One of the ways Warzone set itself apart from its competitors was by starting each match with 150 players instead of the usual 100. Considering the sheer size of Warzone's Verꦍdansk map, it's a good idea that the lobbies haven't been limꦜited to 100 people. Even with a full roster of 150 rivals, there can be rounds where we don't see another living soul until it's too late.
If that's an issue you share with us, a recent leak will come as very welcome news. DissolvexD posted a screenshot of what appears to be an upcoming welcome message that will greet new Warzone players. It's not the information up front in bold that caught the leaker's eye, but some information in the background on the far left of the screen. Previously unseen modes called "BR 200" a🐲nd "Plunder 200".
It doesn't take a genius to figure out that if these modes are indeed incoming, they will be similar to the regular modes, just with an extra 50 players in each round. While that sounds like a lot and may put unwanted pressure on 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Activision's servers, it would decrease the chance of going too long without seeing an enemy to engage with🐻. On the other hand, it will make it trickier for players who have crossplay turned off to find a full lobby.
Although 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Infinity Ward has not confirmed BR 200 and Plunder 200 are coming soon, there have been rumors that the lobby size would be upped sinceWarzone first launched. Players who have no interest in their lobbies becoming more crowded may have to deal with it for a while as IW has a habit of replacing Warzone's modes rather than adding to them.
