Pine trees without snow on their branches will also still give you Frostpine wood even though they seem as though they are ꦏin the Grasslands biome.

How To Chop Down Frostpine Trees

You'll need an epic rarity forest axe to chop down Frostpine trees. To craft one, you'll need three copper bars and three knotroot rods.

If you haven't unlocked the epic forest axe recipe, it means you'll also need to upgrade your crafting bench before you'll be able to get any Frostpine trees.

You'll need the epic level bench upgrade, which will require 15 copper bars, 25 obsidian slabs, and one brute scale. You will need two brightcore to smelt one copper bar, so make sure you have at least 30 brightcore.

Once you've crafted the epic rarity forest axe you'll be able to chop down the trees and get as much Frostpine as you want. Setting up a village in the area may also allow village residents to gather nearby resources as well, which caꦑn make gather🧜ing a little easier.

Copper and obsidian can both be found in caves in the Dry Valley biome. A brute scale from one of the Grasslands brutes will work for the upgrade.

If you need to venture further into the Frostlands to gather more Frostpine wood, make sure you have Inner Fire Charms as well as plenty of Spicy Burgers to combat the cold effect. You can pick up ruby and blast core while you're in the Dry Valley biome.
