Once you have the Grappler, you have to put it in your Quickbar to be able to use it, and it only has 30 charges.

Grapplers use💙d to only have ten uses, but ♓Epic updated the game to increase this number.

With the Grappler selected as your active tool, use the crosshairs to select a nearby area you'd like to move to and press the action/attack button to grapple up.

If your Grapple pings back, you were not close enough to make contact with your intended destination, but don't worry, this won't use up a charge.
